“Such great service! My car needed a new battery and I had the day off so I needed it to be replaced today. Went to two other locations and they were wicked expensive or didn't have openings for me. I called O'Reilly's and spoke with a super nice gentleman that told me to let him take a look and he would take care of me. He checked me out and replaced the battery in less than 15 minutes. For an excellent price too. I recommend this place. The gentleman that worked with me WAS EXCELLENT!”

I recently purchased a new car battery online for my late model Honda Accord. The website was easy to use and when I arrived at the store, the battery was ready to go. I took advantage of the installation service for the first time and I was very pleased with the entire experience. The job was completed by Sam. He was quick and he paid attention to every detail to ensure the job was done right. Another employee also helped - and they worked well as a team. “If you stop by here in the day time ask for Eddie. Hes the best one on the team. Gets the job done right. Not to judge but the past few times I've brought parts, the younger associates have totally messed up my order, store transfers and pickups. Just make sure its done right the first time or you'll end up going back for something stupid. Personally I order my parts from Amazon ahead of the maintenance schedule. If it helps I used to be employed at this location. Its best if you come later after 6-7pm. Less of a crowd. And know your year make and model to make it easier on yourself.”

“I literally had to leave a review as soon as I got off the phone with a gentleman name “DEONTE “ at O’Reilly auto parts. I called to see what I needed for a oil change which “ I know nothing about “ I asked what would need and quote for the items. He asked what car I have which I wasn’t sure lol so he was patient enough with me to go to my car and read my registration. But also he gave me the price of the items and recommended some things to make it easier to remember to get. But he answered all my questions was VERY HUMBLE, POLITE & VERY PROFESSIONAL….. I realized I done asked him a thousand questions and being patient etc. I thank him a couple times for it and before we hung up I asked him what was his name and he “ DEONTE “ again thank you so much. People don’t realize no matter what kind of job it is always interacting with people and kindness goes a long way.”
“they do a great job here but its a bit pricy. nothing they cant do they do everything in one shop which is very convenient. tried to charge me $80 to glue a rear view mirror back up tho. guy at SafeLite did it for free took him 5 mins and some glue. if u want a good job done go to these guys for sure. if ur trying to save money def dont”

“I like coming here to get gas even though it can be quite busy at times and depending on which direction you’re going it’s hard to get in and out of this location. There are quite a bit of potholes in the road as you come in and come out off of 21st street as well. The pumps are updated and have touchless pay, which is nice, but it would not work for me when I try to use it with Apple Pay.”
