“Came here to get a battery replaced. I had one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I usually go to AutoZone for my car issues, but came here this time. Adam went above and beyond to help not just myself out, but the customer in front of me. Without his help, it would have likely taken me double or triple the time to replace my battery, but he was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. “When you pull into their parking lot, their docks are straight ahead to the last. You can pull all the way through to the street Beyond, go left and there is a big lot where you can turn around to make your backing into their spot easier. I was in and out in an hour and a half and it is first come first serve. I was able to use the bathroom facilities as well. Easy people to deal oh, not a bad delivery at all”

“Yea i went there last week to get a battery and check on a price for a alternator and it ended up costing me $240 bucks just for the battery, But i got $20 of that back for the core charge, Thankfully a buddy of mine owns a car lot up the street and had the exact type of alternator i needed so i got it from him and he installed it for me for a fee, either way i was getting reamed in price but it had to be done , But normally i dont shop at O'Reilly's because the prices seem to he much higher there than at Auto Zone or at Nationwide Auto and don't get me started on places like Pep Boys or some of the others that jack up the prices even though its the exact same parts the others have, Makes no sense to me.”

“I like coming here to get gas even though it can be quite busy at times and depending on which direction you’re going it’s hard to get in and out of this location. There are quite a bit of potholes in the road as you come in and come out off of 21st street as well. The pumps are updated and have touchless pay, which is nice, but it would not work for me when I try to use it with Apple Pay.”

“Walked in and was greeted my a young man named Jacob. I let Jacob know my engine light was on and asked if he could check it. He grabbed his equipment and we went to my care. He found the code and we both discovered it was my gas cap that caused the issue. I purchased the cap and he kindly attached it to my gas door for me. Jacob was kind and patient and took great care of me yesterday. You think of auto parts stores as a guys toy store and it can be an intimidating place for women but Jacob made me feel comfortable and was a great help to me. When i left i started my car and boom the engine light went out. I appreciate the great service Jacob provided and once again O'Reilly's saved the day. They are always my first choice when it comes to my auto part needs ???”
