“This was my first time renting. It was not the most welcoming check in, I had no clue what the process was, where to go, how to exit etc. The cab needed some love but worked just fine! The person that took my keys at the return was nice and actually smiled at me. I would suggest operating under the assumption that its everyone’s first time renting/at your location or at least ask so you can adjust the experience :)”

“Well stocked and organized. Customer service was alright. First visit, no comment. Everyone is allowed to have an off day, probably recovering from the customer before me. Second visit, better. We will rent again, and I do recommend them ?”
“They made the process quick and easy from the reservation of my vehicle, picking it up, and dropping it off. There was no hassel. My car also needed to be jumped after I left it in their parking lot overnight and they got someone to help me in less than 5 min. They have some stellar teamwork going on.”
