“I've rented several spaces here over the past few years and it's always been a good experience. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the grounds are well maintained, and the doors and security gate work, not much else to ask for. Also, no lease, you can rent a space for as little as a month or indefinitely, whatever you require.”

Barb did a great job getting back with me in a timely manner and helping me make sure everything was correct. They gave the option to purchase a lock. This was great for me since I didn’t have the time to run out looking for one that would fit my storage space.”

He is great, Anthony answered all of my questions, he was extremely helpful in getting me into a smaller unit and helping me save some money! “Another one for Angel, I ended up not using my unit at all and while I paid for the first month straight away when I started the lease, I forgot to close it before this month which would've charged me for another whole month on a space I never even touched. Angel took the time out of her (probably not that busy but still) day to call me and tell me it'd, and I quote, "be petty to charge a whole extra month on a rental you never used". I originally chose this location because it's across from my childhood neighborhood and now it's where I'll go if I ever need a unit again.
Angel's got your back, and as with any lease agreement, it's those who are willing to be flexible to the realities of life that should have your business, lest you need that wink and nod some day.

“On-site staff very helpfully provided a facility tour and helped me navigate the online sign-up to claim the promotional rate. Facility is clean, maintained, and secure. Rates are lowest I could find in the area for climate-controlled units. I'm very happy.”

He is very knowledgeable with the processes involved in the transition processes regarding creating and updating our accounts, based on our changing needs. The new owner has made such a positive difference in this storage facility. The rodents and bugs are gone that were there when the other owner was running things. Business is so much easier with a payment site online and constant customer service any time I call. Thank you for making things so much better.”
