“This store is wonderful. I'm working on a blanket for my great niece who's 4. My tough little customer wanted a rainbow blanket for her bed. I tried to estimate how many spools of baby rainbow yarns I will need. As I was crocheting, I realized I need 3 more spools. I have been to all three Joann stores in Indy and online to get the 3 spools. Only Washington st was the only Joann store to get my order right on the first try. One of the other stores blamed the website and offer to call when they had the yarn. Never received a phone call. Online sent me the wrong product. Thank you your help Joann on Washington.??????”
