“I've rented several spaces here over the past few years and it's always been a good experience. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the grounds are well maintained, and the doors and security gate work, not much else to ask for. Also, no lease, you can rent a space for as little as a month or indefinitely, whatever you require.”

“On-site staff very helpfully provided a facility tour and helped me navigate the online sign-up to claim the promotional rate. Facility is clean, maintained, and secure. Rates are lowest I could find in the area for climate-controlled units. I'm very happy.”
“We have worked with this Public storage for about a year and a half now and the experience overall has been very good. First off, the staff there are very nice and will genuinely work with you to iron out any problems. The only problems I have had were some significant rate increases like some of the other reviews talked about, but what I discovered was if you speak to the staff and respectfully request a review of your fees - they will do their best to get you a better rate. I have done this twice with my unit and a unit I rented for my in-laws and in both cases they were able to work out a better rate which I greatly appreciate.
As for the unit's themselves, we now have 3 temperature controlled units - two 7.5 x 10 units and one 10x10 unit. They all have been clean, easy to access and the building is typically at a comfortable temperature. Their normal hours are reasonable and for an additional fee you can access your units 24/7 (if you happent to work odd shifts). The grounds are well maintained and I've seen the staff picking up trash and patrolling the outside. If you call and leave a message, they usually call you back that same day. Their app and computer systems can be a little buggy at times, but like a lot of technology, its a work in process. I have never been unable to access my units during their normal business hours.
Lastly, I will give a shout out to Terri - who I've dealt with multiple times there and she is always friendly, responsive, courteous and very customer service oriented. She is a very good employee and representative for the company! I see this location currently has a 4.9 out of 5 rating and I think that is quite accurate!”

“Updated review: I received a call from Beau, who manages this and other locations. He offered to cancel what we owe for our this month since we already moved our stuff out, which I do really appreciate, and said to reach out to him next time at his direct number.
I didn't call the front office to counter the price increase because I didn't know that was an option and don't like confrontation, but it sounds like it may have been an option for anyone who doesn't mind that kind of thing.
If the price were to be reasonable and without major hikes all at once, I wouldn't be opposed to trying again but would look into a climate controlled unit. The outdoor unit would be good for things like metals, plastics, or airtight containers.
Original review with 2 stars: Outrageous price increases for a small, 10x10 non-climate controlled unit. We started at 90 bucks per month, it went up to 125, and then in Oct it all of a sudden increased by 40 dollars to $165. If I’m paying that much I may as well get a climate controlled one so at least our things wouldn't end up covered in mold.”
