“Super friendly employees, very helpful. I went in needing passport applications, which they do not do at this branch, but she was very helpful, telling me where to go online to find application and recommending another post office that I did end up going to. the Oaklandon branch, which I had a terrible experience at. What a major difference in attitudes!!”

“Only giving 4 stars bc I don't know how it is when it's busy, but Pam is wonderful!!!! She's so friendly and a good face to see at a post office. Most post offices have not great employees, but she's excellent!”

“The Oaklandon location is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had to interact with the Fortville branch last year and it was a nightmare. Every time I go into the Oaklandon branch I leave with a smile and all my issues or needs taken care of.”

“The kiosk is super quick and efficient; I've never seen a line at the stations. Even if one has to hand post something, they make every effort to be swift. If someone needs to redo their labels, or what have you, they'll move them out of line to serve more customers whilst the initial client makes adjustments. It's a government agency, so give them grace. They're really doing the best they can. 😇😅”

“Friendliest staff I’ve ever dealt with at a Post Office. However, I don’t understand how a federal building can’t get the door to their main entrance fixed. Been using this location for 6 yrs and never had a single bad experience.”
