“the younger female who was working register the night of may 12 (we checked out around like 9-9:30 pm) was incredible she was so helpful and wonderful i think she had a nose piercing and dirty blonde ish hair i wish i could remember more but give her a raise she joked ab cocomelon with us too lol”
“Today I went in to return snow board boots that I purchased and were too big for me at the Zumies store inside Southlake mall. There was a young man by the name of Michael that was working the store. All I have to say is Immaculate customer service. Very polite and helpful person. Michael was very knowledgeable on every gear/equipment in that store. Any questions I had were answered beyond my expectations. Thankyou. Also there was another woman there a few days ago. I don't remember her name but she had colored hair and piercings. Extremely polite and helpful as well. Will be returning.”

I was so impressed with him that I ended up shopping with joy as he anticipated my needs, going above and beyond the call of duty in a spirit of excellence‼️

“I wanted to shout out Angelica & Evelyn I hope I got your names right! Yesterday I came into the store to shop with my daughters both of these ladies were very helpful and informative on the sales promotions and so kind. It’s refreshing to have great customer service and smiling faces. They did such a great job I ended up reapplying for an old navy credit card which I vowed to never do again lol thank you ladies for making this a pleasant experience. We need more like you”
