“If anyone has recently believed that customer service is gone well thay haven't tried Penney's lately. Kathy/Boris is absolutely one of the most helpful people I've run accross of late. She helped me in every aspect of my purchase.”
“Went into the store for the Thanksgiving sale. Went for some items that were advertised in a circular for their sale starting on Thanksgiving and continuing through Black Friday. Unfortunately, some of the items that were Advertised that were going on sale Thanksgiving day were in short supply. For instance, there were license children’s pajamas listed, but they only had two different selections of License character, pajamas, to choose from.(I got there before the doors open that day, so the selections weren’t sold out). That being said, they did have plenty of other things that I came for they were on sale. Prices were very reasonable and quality was good. The store was a little crowded with merchandise, but that’s to be expected around The holidays. All the employees were extremely helpful and pleasant. It’s not a giant store, but does have an It’s not a giant store, but does have a little bit of everything.All in all a nice store to get great deals.”

“Accessible location. Plenty of parking. Those 55 and older get a discount every Tuesday with a valid id.
Store contains a nice selection of merchandise. Items are neatly arranged on shelves for easier access.
Younger female cashier was very friendly and polite, making the whole shopping experience even more pleasant.”

“Found stuff but honestly no toilet paper & hand towels in the restroom seems extremely sad for this type of store. Take from a shelf & put in the bathroom.”
“The store itself has a decent selection of clothes. They just need to do better upkeep on the bathroom. It wasn’t clean, was out of tissue and had very little paper towels.”
“Store was organized, but fitting room wasn't maintained. Almost every fitting room had clothing from other shoppers. I went to both fitting rooms. The kids fitting room on second floor was a little cleaner than the lower level.”

“I like to shop at Burlington. You can find some things that you're looking for at a reasonable price. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.”
“I visited here for a couple of minor things I forgot on my grocery list. Although I am not normally a Target shopper, I can say I was please with the overall experience. The store was clean and organized and the exterior was also clean. The self-checkout worked appropriately and efficiently and I was able to expedite my visit. This is a decent place to get what you need.”
“There was a gentleman in the electronics department that I learned from speaking with, whom is contracted to Walmart through a company called, OSL. I really appreciated the customer service that he displayed‼️
As I was preparing to leave the store, I realized that I needed some more things & literally walked into an employee by the name of Desi (Desiree) W. who exhibited such hospitality & great customer service that I literally stopped my busy day to find a manager to speak on it!

“I put in a on line order with jcpenney, to have my order sent to the store for pickup to save on delivery changes, about five days later after putting in my order jcpenney inform me when my order was in, so when I went in to pick up my order I was in and out at no time, so I recommend if you want to save some money this is the way to go.”
