And even though at that point, I was just looking, he took an enormous amount of time explaining everything to me, showing me my options. “I do not give 5 stars for a review, but my wife and I are super pleased with the completion of our pool. My Salesman Dave Cartwright really made it easy from start to finish. He went over pool options, set the date for installation in which the pool guys were helpful with and productive putting it up with about 2 hours. Dave set us up with a payment plan we were comfortable with. We have come back to Dave to buy our shock and V pack chlorinators. Everything A+ from top to bottom! I Highly recommend The Great Escape!! Their personal approach to customer service and trust goes a long way with us.Thank you Dave and The Great Escape!!”
