“My husband and I visited this Bestbuy last night. We went in to look at the $350 Lenova Chromebook and a Lenova Yoga. We were helped by a gentleman named Todd. He was one of the most awesome people to work with. He spent time finding out our needs. By the way we did not need a laptop, we wanted something lighter for business usage. We had a perfectly fine laptop bought from bestbuy (Lenova Yoga) it was just heavy and not as kitchen table friendly for our customers. Todd showed us many different options, and listened to our needs. He also looked into open boxes at our request. In the end we went with an Asus Proart and a digital pen. It was more than we were going to spend but after Todd spent time looking up programs we use we were able to determine that a Chromebook was not for us. We really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all, but listened to our needs and wants. We would specifically ask for him if given the option. I had a question outside of the laptop and he questioned some other employees and they were great too. Thanks for having a great team.”

“All the staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to find what I needed quickly, but I kept having to either wait for aisles to open or dodge through aisles quickly as they were closing. If the forklift is in use in an aisle for inventorying or stocking, the aisle is closed. Had to wait a few minutes while the staff finished what they were working on before I was able to get the parts I needed, but the staff was courteous and apologetic.”

“Went to the paint section where an older gentleman was extremely helpful by showing me the different kids of paint and telling me which would best suit my needs. There was a plethora of colors to satisfy any paint need. I found the books for the different colors helpful bc it gave me ideas on which color would look best in my room with the color of my sheets and decor. I also found some of the supplies for my Pinterest crafting ideas there. All in all it was an amazing trip and I only spent $100 on everything (including a step ladder). I will be back next week to get colors for my living room.”
