“I could not be happier with my experience! Recently I purchased a washer and dryer set from the Niles store. With the amount to select from I was grateful to have Alex as my sales rep. He was quick to help, showing me the best models for my budget and going above and beyond with the whole process. I did end up having an issue with my dryer. I contact Alex with the issue and he had my new replacement delivered and set up within about 2 hours. Unheard of service! I highly recommend working with Alex and the team at Camdens.”

“My husband and I visited this Bestbuy last night. We went in to look at the $350 Lenova Chromebook and a Lenova Yoga. We were helped by a gentleman named Todd. He was one of the most awesome people to work with. He spent time finding out our needs. By the way we did not need a laptop, we wanted something lighter for business usage. We had a perfectly fine laptop bought from bestbuy (Lenova Yoga) it was just heavy and not as kitchen table friendly for our customers. Todd showed us many different options, and listened to our needs. He also looked into open boxes at our request. In the end we went with an Asus Proart and a digital pen. It was more than we were going to spend but after Todd spent time looking up programs we use we were able to determine that a Chromebook was not for us. We really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all, but listened to our needs and wants. We would specifically ask for him if given the option. I had a question outside of the laptop and he questioned some other employees and they were great too. Thanks for having a great team.”

“Jim Bolka has been absolutely AMAZING! As a manager of a plumbing, heating, & cooling company there are always obstacles and emergencies thrown at you everyday. It's incredible how Jim makes things happen in any & all situations. When we need materials/equipment he never disappoints and always gets us what we need. Jim goes above and beyond! Anytime we have questions we know we can call Jim and if he doesn't know the answer (very rarely) he finds it. I think very highly of Jim. “Man, Phil and Bill are the absolute GOATs. The dryer we got has had problems, but they are always on top of it with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and they always have the answers to all of my questions with the astute knowledge that is becoming so rare in this world. Bill and Phil deserve a raise and a podcast.
