“Was having some issues with transferring funds from my other bank to my community wide account due to issues with the other bank. Was at a deadend with idea how to proceed until I called and was connected with Andrea. Not only did Andrea do everything she possibly could from their end, she went as far as getting on my other banks website and helped me figure out their unnecessarily complicated system. After already nearly an hour on the phone just getting funds sent from the other bank. I followed up with her again once my other bank released the funds on their end and she even went to her co-worker and ensured the funds were received and would be processed into my account the same day. Wouldn't have been able to figure it out without her assistance and will be doing all of my business with her from here on. Thank you again Andrea.”
“Location specific: Never had any issues, they are fairly quick, but I make it a point to go during slow times/days.
Institution: Better then most of the banks and credit unions in this area with a brick and motor location, not as good as some of the online only banks I also use.”

I was going to have someone go pick them up for me since I was at work.. they told me I’m not allowed to authorize someone to pick them up over the phone even if I answer my security questions... it was frustrating but it provides me with peace of mind that they won’t let just anyone claiming to be me get my bank information! Definitely a great place!”
“Always been a good bank for me across all lines and applications and formats. Had some transition pains through a couple of buyouts and mergers but sooner or later things worked out. Hated to see the west side location close but other locations suffice for me.”
