“I like going to 7-eleven for the little things I forgot to pick up at the grocery store or to add money on my PayPal or cash app. 7-eleven is kinda like a one stop shop at all hours of the day or night . It’s always very clean and organized in 7-eleven.”
“I went into the Walgreens Pharmacy this evening after I got off work to fill the prescription my doctor wrote for me this morning at the doctor's appointment. I couldn't figure out how to sign up for notifications and if my prescription was even ready. Marvin (the pharmacy clerk) was extremely kind and helpful and took care of everything I needed quickly and efficiently. He made the entire experience stress-free. I will definitely come back again to get any prescriptions filled here.”

“I enjoy their fresh coffee. The person behind the counter was cleaning up and the store looked good. The fuel price was down, so I was able to put 93 Octane for a change. The fuel is pricey, but the engine runs great and gets 23+ MPG.”
“While most independent gas stations around here tend to be a little dirty, shady prices and hardly speaks English, this one is fairly clean, has english speaking attendants and fair prices. Not quite Speedway level of amenities and perks but that 99 cent grape soda isn't going to be magically $2.50.”
“I was a regular-ish customer at this station. One morning on my way to work, I stopped to pick up a few things and discovered there was a problem with my debit card. The owner recognized me and said, "don't worry about it, catch me tomorrow", and sent me on my way with the items. I stopped back the next day and paid for what I had been given the day before. I am in my fifties and haven't had a business owner act in such a kind and trusting manner in decades. I drive out of my way now to buy my gas and smokes at this location. Good people, clean facility. 5 stars all day long.”

“Had a flat tire first thing this morning, two gas stations on 12th Street did not have a working air compressor. Thank you so much Family Express for having a working air pump and the bonus was it was free! The store is clean, staff are very polite and helpful. I was looking for a new gas station to replace Charlie's, thank you Family Express! You have a new loyal customer!!”
“The ladies that are here in the weekday mornings are awesome; Most of the employees here are generally always pleasant and very efficient! I visit here numerous times a week at various times and the store is always clean and well stocked! Great variety of drinks and snacks, fairly priced ☺”

“It was a nice store when I came 2 town. I've been there a couples times 2 get some snacks and other tools. But last time I was trying 2 be extra respectful and I was asked for things I don't want 2 have yet which is an id. Hopefully next time I go in their I'll be able 2 buy what I need and exit. “We were at CVS at Bittersweet rd, ran out of antibiotics for our kid, they transferred prescription to the main road CVS, We got here and got the medicine immediately, life saver! Truly amazing!?”

“I am a regular at this particular gas station so I'm not sure if I get preferential treatment, but I have always gotten excellent service! The girls are polite and helpful. The station is always clean and well-stocked. Yes, it is busy but that is because it is the last gas station before you get to Cleveland Rd. I like the high-tech car wash too! It does a good job cleaning your car, even in winter!”

“I love this place. The workers are super nice and remember me. The owner makes sure the few things I go in for are in stock. And they just got all new equipment for their new Crunchys Chicken and it is tasty. I know because I saw all the new equipment, like for homemade fries, brought in through construction.”
