“I recently got my Galaxy S23 wet on a kayak trip and it stopped working. I brought it in to Wireless Toybox and they were able to get it working just like it used to. It was a bit of a process as there were quite a lot of things that got messed up from the water, but they stuck with it until it was fully working again. I am very impressed by how capable they are. I don't think I could have gotten better care anywhere else in the area. I also really appreciate that they kept working until it was fully functioning. They could have easily given up, and told me it wasn't fixable, but they kept working on it until they got it working great again. Thank you Wireless Toybox!”

“Attention Old People - This new upgrade with the White Box……SUCKS! Not User Friendly at our age. If you’re looking for easy set up, head down the street to xfinity, you won’t find anything that makes sense here. No instructions in the box, - QR codes that lead you everywhere but an easy set up. Phone assistance call backs that play music instead of having a person on the other end. Good Luck”
