“My quick and convenient neighborhood mart where I can get all my essentials including a take and bake Pizza from Luigi’s. The staff is so nice! Especially the cutie who works in the AM a guaranteed smile to start my day.”
“My fiance is Filipino and will more than likely be here on the Visa in March 2024. I found this place by accident was looking for some place that would have familiar food brands and items for her. This place was full of fruits vegetables meat more fish than you can shake a stick at sauces just anything that was Filipino. I was very very happy to find this place. The husband and wife that run it were very very polite very professional and seemed to be running a very efficient store. The prices were more than reasonable and I will be going back next Thursday as they apparently cook Filipino food on Thursdays and Fridays that you can buy. I am definitely looking forward to that”

“Just recently changed from going to the closest dollar general near me to the mckinley store and wow what a difference. Very clean organized and very helpful nice employees.I will continue going there even though its a little further from the one on Lincoln way east mishawaka”

“Meijers is generally clean, which is surprising due to the amount of people who shop there everyday. So I give major credit to the employees for keeping it clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the checkout area. The self checkout area is chaotic and needs to be rearranged. Outside of that, I like this Meijer.”
“Small but there are some good options for middle eastern groceries. The prices aren't bad either. They do offer some specialty items you may have difficulty finding elsewhere”
“Biggest thing I noticed compared to all the other dollar stores around here is that the shelves were actually stocked instead of everything just sitting on boxes on the floor lol. Decent as far as dollar stores go??”
“Every cashier I have seen working has been great! As far as personality goes, it's probably my preferred location. Cleanliness is lacking and for me usually having my children with me, they should consider allowing kids to use the restroom. I'm sure I'm not the only one with kids that "can't wait" as soon as they enter a store lol”
“Internet is slower than molasses on a cold winter day. Impossible to do work tasks while having a cup of coffee. They are dial up speeds from the 1990’s. The deli seating area is never swept with food on the floor of every booth. Fix your slow internet it’s costing you major business. Update November 21, 2025. Internet has been updated with Google, and has great speeds for me to complete work tasks while having coffee and a pastry. Thanks Martin’s management for listening to customers concerns. New rating five stars!! Also, I’ve been in three times and a young lady does a great job of keeping the cafe area clean and tidy.”

I've been craving Steak and the prices are too expensive for my budget. Today I bought it here for $9.99 a pound, bought 2 ribeye nice size for less than $17.00. Run don't walk the sale goes off tomorrow night.”

“I've used their new grocery pick up service a few times and I love it! It is so convenient, and such a time saver. The phone to this service is picked up by a live person within seconds..which is a rare and very pleasant experience in today's automated world. I've ordered my grocery items on line and everything is fresh ready for me at the time of my choosing.”
“Very unhappy about this particular store. I've experienced different gripes when I shop But today took me over the top of patience. 1. 4 electric carts, none charged. Asked for help...treated like a moron...he then went back and laughed as the staff watched me. He came back again when it didn't move. I Got off, gathered groceries. Over in bakery area as I headed to check out. Cart stopped. Haledon young man just coming on duty. He pushed cart to checkout as I limped behind. Checked out and had no helper loading acart for me to exit. I attained a cart, loaded just check out groceries and limped to front parking slot in handicapped spot outside.”
“Always a good place to go. I find mostly all that I'm looking for. And mostly all speak when spoken too. I've found that Martians food store has a sour taste and don't like to great the customers as they say good morning.”

“Kroger is great! Always great produce, and a bakery and meat/seafood counter. I personally like going to Kroger for their great prices on seafood, which is hard to find in the Midwest. Fun fact: Kroger is actually the oldest grocer in the US! I believe they've been around for 150 years.”

“It takes a hour to get here so we make a day trip out of it. They always have the ingredients I’m looking for and a great selection of snacks. The drive is definitely worth it if you enjoy cooking Asian meals and eating yummy foods.”
