Very knowledgeable representatives, but there was no price incentive to draw me in as a new client. Verizon is the Cadillac of all services when it comes to cell phones. Our family's been with T-Mobile for some time and Verizon's prices were almost more than 75% more than what we were actually paying for the same service.

Out of ALL the miscellaneous Verizon people we’ve dealt with in the last week, Zoe at this location was the only one that was actually helpful. She was able to PROPERLY help us and get us all squared away - and all we needed was a hotspot lol. Thank you Zoe! You are a rockstar
