“Very good this place for delivery, first entrance for pick up and second for delivery, check in 2 hours earlier than appointment and got door right away, for delivery check in at door 3W (SW side of the building), once docked drop trailer and bobtail to bobtail parking spot (just in front of door 3W) and wait for the call for the paperwork. Empty in just 40 minutes. ??”
“Was running about 45 minutes late for a 7 am appointment. I was still able to get a door and get unloaded in less than 90 minutes. The ladies at the front desk were really sweet. You have to wait in the lobby while being unloaded.”
“For those IT folks our there that find tinkering around PCs and laptops fun or interesting this is an ideal job. Low stress and its fun. Lot of super nice people work there.”

“Easy check in. Had a truck ahead of me so I had to wait not too long tho. Loaded very quickly. Very nice people at check in office. Shipping and Receiving are locate at different side of the building. Receiving is on left wing and Shipping is on the right wing of the building. Shipping door number is N3.”
“Easy in, easy out. Quick drop and Hook. Guard shack is a bit hidden and you could miss it if you were not looking for it. It is right where the pin is in a trailer parking spot.”
“3rd Smart warehouse that I've been to and they have all been a good experience.2 of them took me earlier than my appointment and the 3rd had me in a door by my appointment time. All of them had me unloaded and got me down the road quickly.”
“Easy in and out, overnight parking available, deliveries back of building, shipping front of building, open deliveries 7.00 AM to 3.00 pm, rest room available in working hours. Offloading in an hour. Receiver staff is friendly.”

“I recently visited an Amazon fulfillment center, and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The outside of the building is super clean and well-kept — everything looks organized and modern, which already gives off a good vibe before you even walk in.
One thing that stood out right away was how respectful and helpful the people were. Everyone I interacted with was polite, patient, and seemed genuinely willing to help, whether it was answering questions or pointing me in the right direction. It definitely made the whole experience feel smoother and more welcoming.
Parking was also a breeze. There’s plenty of space, it’s easy to find a spot, and you don’t have to battle for parking like in some busy workplaces. Just pull in, park, and go — simple as that.
Overall, solid experience from the moment you arrive. Clean building, nice folks, and stress-free parking — can’t really ask for more.”
“Real-time unloading, you can only arrive 30 minutes in advance, don't arrive early or you will be allowed in! This yard is very small and there is no extra parking space. You can go to the dock as soon as you enter the door, and unloading is still very fast”
“I do drop & hooks for this customer & they have no problem with you taking a 10 hour break on they’re property find you some place out the way & go to sleep they won’t bother you nice ppl fast & prompt”
“Great big place. Entrance for semi is all 5he way to the right side of building for semi trucks. Check in with security and you will get all info on what to do via text. Took them about 1hr to load a dry van.”
“I can understand why people think they're rude but once again it's just running a business. Depending on which way you come in turn before the light they make you totally unhook and drop trailer. You have to text the number in order to check in. Simple easy was in and out in less than an hour for six pallets. I would recommend going when they first open better chances of getting in and out but watch for smaller cars and workers on forklifts.”
“Had a delivery here. Check in at gate, given a parking space, and approached by yard jockey immediately. I was told I had to wait for a phone call, and I got it in a few minutes. Within 30 minutes, I was docked, disconnected, and waiting in bobtail lot.
All in all, 1.5 hrs in and out. Best amazon offload I've had!
Only piece of advice for drivers, use the bathroom before you get here, they only have port-a-johns for drivers.”
“Pleasant receiving clerk, and they unloaded me VERY quickly (in spite of me being 2 hours late for my appt). Maybe I was just lucky, but I am grateful that they could unload me right away. I wish I could have been on time, but they made it work. Thanks!”
“My experience here was awesome. I arrived last night at 9pm 10/30/25 for my 9am appointment the next day. I was able to rest on their lot since I was almost out of time. I was able to get a good nights sleep, though you will hear planes flying over since it’s right near the airport. I woke up the next morning, walked over to the gate and was given a door right away. No kidding, I was unloaded in 15 minutes and I had a full trailer. Both young ladies at the guard shack, night shift and morning shift were extremely polite and professional. I would give 10 stars if I could. Every place should be like this!”

“This was truly an interesting visit. I was just there as a visitor. I was job hunting. Once in the doors there was a computerized sign in and check in. It asked several questions then printed me a badge. Once I had the badge I was released from that entryway. I had a security desk to talk to next. The lady security person was polite, courteous, friendly, and helpful. She informed me that all job searches start at the main office in Chicago and gave the information I needed to start. She also helped me to understand that once I completed the process through Chicago I would come back to that location for an interview.
I appreciated her helpfulness which speaks loudly about the DHL company in a positive way. Good for her and Good for DHL. Thank you DHL”
