“Love the fact that organic foods are sold here. Customer service is always helpful and respectful.
I don't like the fact that a lot of items can't be available and stocked on shelves.”

“TJ Maxx is a great place to find quality items at clearance prices. The store has a wide selection of clothing, home goods, accessories, and more, with new inventory arriving regularly. It’s well organized and clean, making shopping an easy and enjoyable experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for great deals on brand name items, this location is definitely worth a visit.”
“Very nice workers and very clean store!! And if I'ma shop department stores it's gotta be Kmart or Target! I stand on my hate against Walmart. Kmart and Target are very similar great products nice workers clean stores and always up to date with the trends love it definitely recommend this place!
The best workers are Sissy,Morgan,Kenzie,Timothy,Jacob,Macey and I'm trying to remember the other girls name but she has edges and typically works cashier and she's extremely nice I think her name is Lena (hopefully that's spelled right) the only worker I have anything negative to say about is Jc she's extremely rude and half the time if she's there it makes you wanna just walk out of the store and not even shop”
“Your manager that worked 4/8 in the morning is awesome. She was so friendly and helpful. I stopped coming to that store for a long time because your employees was not one bit friendly. The manager and the lady running the register made me want to start coming back to that store.?”
“Never have issues. Receipt checkers and greeters are always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Issues are not enough employees located in departments to assist with needed items.”
“This Walmart is a little farther from Ball State University (about 15 minutes) so you can still find stuff as most of the students have not cleaned it out yet. Lol
The staff is very kind and welcoming.”
“Very nice clean store. From the time I entered the store until the time I left the store all employees were friendly. An employee asked if I was finding everything okay and I said yes. Then a little later I needed help finding something and the employee told me where to find the honey at. I did self checkout because they only had 2 checkout lanes open and the lines were very long but I don't mind doing self checkout.”
“The Walmart Supercenter on the northside of Muncie is one of my favorites. I know the store well. Sometimes things are out of order, but the crowds that come to shop at this Walmart can be overwhelming. As a marketing tactic, they like to keep shoppers on their toes and seem to constantly have revolving items and new items and stands in the store. In my experience, the bathrooms have always been clean. And *most of the cashiers and customer-facing workers are very kind. Something that may help customers navigate the store would be to download the Walmart App. In it, you can search for anything you're looking for and it will name the exact isle it can be found on. Even when I'm shopping around Walmart, I have found myself assisting the customers by pulling up my app because they look like lost puppies.”
“Everyone hates yet likes walmart at the same time. Sometimes they have great deals and sometimes I'm better off at kroger or Aldi. Wish they would either have more check outs or self check outs open. It's a pain when only one or two lanes are open and half the self check outs are closed and there's a line with 10+ people in it when they are capable of opening either more self check outs(they are staffed) or at least more of the reg lines”
“Brooke primarily works the customer return counter and her customer service skills are top notch. Not only is she very friendly and personable, but she is also very efficient and organized when handling several returns. 11/10”
