“I finally found a swim suit that I can wear. Although a few of them were on the wrong size hangers meaning when I grabbed large hangers the suits were actually extra large. (Glad I caught it before trying them on.)
I gave the hangers to an employee at the fitting room and told her they were on the wrong size hangers. I suggested just removing the tabs on the hangers if she didn't want to change hangers. I felt she was put out by doing that and never said anything.
Also, the two recent times I was there, they had the middle section of the fitting rooms blocked off. Almost every time I go there are lots of clothes left in the fitting rooms even though there are racks for customers to put what they don't want there. (Lazy customers....) I know it can be hard keeping up with it if they are under staffed.....but this has been an ongoing issue for years thus not leaving a place for the clothes for me to hang that I want to try on.”

“Love the fact that organic foods are sold here. Customer service is always helpful and respectful.
I don't like the fact that a lot of items can't be available and stocked on shelves.”

“A pretty typical Target experience at this location. Things were stocked and the store was pretty clean, but checkout lanes were backed up into the aisle with not much sign of movement. I didn't buy anything, just an observation walking out.”

“Helpful, and nice. I went in to I think they're called Asian crab bowls made fresh but they were all out. My kids and I love going here and getting their California spicy crunchy sushi and crab bowls on Wednesdays. That is when they have a sale on their sushi. Today I went in and showed my 16 year old daughter how to pay a bill at the customer service desk and they were very patient and nice!”

“I saw another customer today after four years away from this post on a separate account for my personal use of technology. And she seemed unhappy, I noticed. But I want to change my direction. So I invested in your services today, despite my misgivings about the way people appear around me. I see people of different ethnicities, socioeconomic, backgrounds, and housing arrangements that changed my opinion of Carol’s daughter. That’s a line of hair products that insured my job at the Dollar General store while I was working there. They were first to carry it before Walmart. And seen it again on the shelves at my store while I was working at the Dollar General store was a surprise. And I know now that it was a mistake to be my life off of marketing schemes and that Walmart is a great job of keeping that out-of-the-way. They avoid NFC payments to help young men and women keep their financials safe on their phones and other devices. Thank you, Walmart for putting it on your shelves so I could leave my job at the Dollar General store without imploding my entire career in technology.”

“Your manager that worked 4/8 in the morning is awesome. She was so friendly and helpful. I stopped coming to that store for a long time because your employees was not one bit friendly. The manager and the lady running the register made me want to start coming back to that store.?”

“The Walmart Supercenter on the northside of Muncie is one of my favorites. I know the store well. Sometimes things are out of order, but the crowds that come to shop at this Walmart can be overwhelming. As a marketing tactic, they like to keep shoppers on their toes and seem to constantly have revolving items and new items and stands in the store. In my experience, the bathrooms have always been clean. And *most of the cashiers and customer-facing workers are very kind. Something that may help customers navigate the store would be to download the Walmart App. In it, you can search for anything you're looking for and it will name the exact isle it can be found on. Even when I'm shopping around Walmart, I have found myself assisting the customers by pulling up my app because they look like lost puppies.”

“Everyone hates yet likes walmart at the same time. Sometimes they have great deals and sometimes I'm better off at kroger or Aldi. Wish they would either have more check outs or self check outs open. It's a pain when only one or two lanes are open and half the self check outs are closed and there's a line with 10+ people in it when they are capable of opening either more self check outs(they are staffed) or at least more of the reg lines”
