“Overall it’s a nice and clean station with truck lanes and parking. I understand they have to make money but their breakfast, hot sandwiches, and bottled drink prices are high. Also as another reviewer stated, they only carry cigarettes, chew, and zynn. I’m sure they’d make some profit if they carried Vuse and other vape products but they don’t sell any.
Their diesel isn’t the cheapest but their gas prices are competitive considering it’s branded Sunoco fuel.”

“I earn fuel points to use at the Payless Fuel Center by swiping my Kroger card at the checkout each time I shop Payless for groceries. A 3-cent discount per gallon is routinely available at the pump when I also scan my Kroger card at the pump. Follow the prompts on the screen at the pump. Fuel points accrue over each month. You can earn 10 to 20 to 30 cents per gallon discounts IF you save up the points. They accrue monthly and remain available for up to 2 months. Notices are sent to me by email when my discounts are about to expire. You can also find some fuel points earned information on each receipt from the grocery store. Over the years that I've shopped Payless, I've learned to time when I buy gasoline at the Fuel Center. Ideally, I buy when gas prices are lower, my tank is nearly empty, and my fuel points are maximized. That way, I take full advantage of my earned discounts. It's not an ideal world, but a lot of times, with some planning and a bit of luck, the gasoline stars align, and my pocketbook stretches a bit farther that month. Payless/Kroger prices are higher, perhaps, than some other grocery stores, but not on everything. They also have good sales, good produce, good fish (I generally shop the Mc Galliard, Muncie store) and some good coupons, especially if you combine using the Kroger card with using the app. It's all a learning curve. Be courageous, me hearties, yo ho!”
