“Self check out has both advantages and disadvantages. I often have to go to the customer service department to correct mistakes on my receipts. On this occasion I was driving by different jewel location than my receipt was from. They honored my receipt and corrected the multiple charges, one of the frequent problems with self check out. It scans 1 item multiple times.”
“I shop here on occasion, however, the stench of seafood bothers me there as soon as I walk in the door. It's very smelly. I also don't like how the aisle between produce and the beverage aisle was blocked off -why? So inconvenient. Otherwise, a very nice store and friendly employees.”

“I love this store. My partner lives very close so we go there all the time. The employees are excellent. It has a mom and pop store feel. They remember you. Ask about you. They're so nice and helpful. They have an excellent selection for a small convenience store. They have many salty and sweet snacks, pantry and freezer grocery items, many beers though not refrigerated, and the best prices on vapes. I live in Hammond and would often rather drive there than go to stores nearby due to service, prices, selection, and to support a local business. I suggest you do as well.”
