“Didn't know they could possibly keep my backpack blower for a month while under warranty during the fall when I needed it the most but, I know it will be fixed and I thought I posted this but, obviously I didn't. Got a call yesterday morning and it's ready to get picked up after a week and a half.???”
“The other day, I witnessed Derek handle a very rude customer with exceptional professionalism. He remained calm, respectful, and patient throughout the entire interaction, never letting the customer’s behavior affect the quality of his service. Derek communicated clearly, stayed focused on finding a solution, and maintained a positive attitude from start to finish. His professionalism and commitment to providing excellent customer service are truly appreciated and reflect positively on the entire team. He deserves recognition for the way he handled such a difficult situation.”

“Lee's stocks a wide variety of parts and supplies. I picked up an HVAC capacitor for a furnace that the electrical/HVAC suppliers did not stock. The staff at the purchasing counter are always friendly. Would recommend any day of the week!”
