“I visited for the first time on 12/27 to shop for a Speed Queen washer, and my experience was 10/10 from start to finish! I love how straight-forward the process was. The delivery was exactly how they stated it would be: a call that morning to give me a 2 hour window, which they showed up in between. The delivery drivers were very kind and respectful of my home, even after we discovered my washer drain was clogged and made a bit of a mess, they cleaned it up.
We will definitely be returning to Chenoweth in the future for additional appliances! :)”

“Father's Day and an exhaust fan return brought us to this Home Depot, a location I haven't visited. Like other spots they had a huge parking lot. We were greeted quickly and our return took only a couple of minutes. My husband wanted a trimmer for his Father's Day gift. He'd done his research and one was in the cart after another five minutes. While waiting for him I was impressed with their line of grills and smokers. We browsed their paint colors for awhile. They had many options and the cards were nicely organized for shoppers. We grabbed a few options to take home to view under our lights. Checkout was quick and easy. Gift cards were available near checkout, and for options beyond Home Depot.”

I called Sutherlands and Hannah took the call and was EXTREMELY helpful! She made sure they could mix it so I drove there, met her and she mixed the paint I needed. GREAT customer service!!!”

Soon after called me to confirm the door and handle I wanted. After payment, I was contacted a couple days later to do the install. Perfect from start to finish.

“Really appreciate store manager Christopher Nalley getting me a refund on an incomplete online order. I was credited $74 immediately to my debit card (for the delivery fee plus an apology credit towards future use in the store.) Then he immediately sent out the missing part of my order to me and waived the delivery charge. I didn't think customer service like this exists anymore.”

“Dakota and Harrison are amazing! We were trying to price match the switch two bundle to the price that Sam’s Club had it. Best Buy‘s system would only let them take it down to $425. We ended up calling Best Buy customer service to get the price difference to the amount that was shown on Sam’s Club. Dakota and Harrison were on the phone for over two hours trying to figure this out. It should’ve been easy to price match from a competitor thats listed on Best Buy’s website. It wasn’t. Even the customer service guy couldn’t get it lower. Their system wouldn’t let them and no one knew why. Dakota and Harrison were so kind and worked so hard on this issue. I honestly couldn’t believe they took that much time helping me. Dakota went on to explain that Best Buys system is different now so they can no longer override the things that they used to . Or give gift cards or things like that for price differences on their end. He really tried everything to get me that deal . Both him and Harrison went through every option possible 100000/10”
