“This review is for NORA , a young lady whom in my opinion needs recognition for Boost employ of the year along with a raise or promotion.

My Mother has been with Boost for close to 30yrs ... She has 5 lines for $100 mo. Where Boost only offers 4 lines for $120 mo. The 5 lines are Grandfathered in to explain why so cheap.
Nevertheless, while here on vacation, my phone broke, and Mother received a text message on her phone stating we could upgrade for $4.99.
Now boost made a mistake somewhere and we wasn't able to upgrade at that rate and the rate would turn out to be 170 something dollars....
NORA, what a fabulous young lady even though boost was blocking her from being able to give us a $4.99 upgrade in their screw up she was very professional she was very sweet talking she understood she took my SIM card put it on a poster note communicated with my mother in Florida and tried every way possible to help us. In the end my SIM card to the phone she kept on a post note at the Boost store she gave me her personal cell number and even worked on it on her own time to try and come up with a resolution...
Now I understand none of this was her responsibility it was boosts responsibility to fix it. But I found this young lady to have been very professional in going the extra mile for her job when she didn't have to.
So thank you Nora may God bless you and your family and I give a five-star rating to the employee Nora and no stars to boost.
So in my opinion boost get it right you make the job for your employees harder when it should be made easier what would I like to see come of this I think you should give it young lady a raise she has a kid she has family she's doing what she should be doing while you sit back in an office and do nothing.

“I've been really happy with my IGLou fiber services the past 6 months since I switched over from Spectrum. For install, they sent out an AT&T technician who was friendly and on time for my scheduled appointment for a quick fiber set-up. When I realized the fiber box placement would limit signal to the opposite end of my home (I had kept my Spectrum router more central), it was easy to request and pick up an Eero extender device at the IgLou office off Gilmore Lane, which added about $10 per month to my service. When I spoke with an associate, he even let me know upgrade and downgrade options in case I find that the Gigabit fiber didn't work for me or was too much. The online portal for payment is easy to navigate. I've recommended them to friends and family, and appreciate the people who shared about the company on Reddit, where I first heard of them.”

“I always have good experiences at this store. Everyone has went above and beyond to help me after Samsung has given me the run around with the manufacturer warrenty. Jacob and Logan were awesome and so was the woman that helped me earlier ( I cant remember her name. ) I highly recommend this store. I do NOT recommend purchasing from Samsung directly and will never do so again. Their customer service is horrible and they will do anything and everything to get out of replacing and or fixing your defective device. I will get my devices from T-Mobile directly from here on out.”

“I used their co-location services for three years and had zero issues during that time, zero downtime, and very supportive staff to help with issues or configuration.”

“Not sure if we were lucky or if this location is less busy than others, but how nice to step into a store and be waited on immediately. Our issue was more complex than most but the staff worked together to reach the best possible outcome. We were treated like valued customers by the professional staff. Remember parking is in the rear. Bathroom is clean and if the process takes a minute, ask for a bottle of water. The management is very customer service oriented.”
