I NEVER felt pressured to purchase anything. He enjoys his work and it shows in his actions. I switched from AT&T and he made the process seamless and stress free!! My experience purchasing cell phones, watches and a tablet was wonderful and that is ALL because of Tim. He sets the bar for Customer Service.
