“Due to some personal reasons I've had to visit this Branch quite frequently in the last year. The bankers of this location are incredibly warm and friendly and go above and beyond to make sure that all of my requests were met and questions answered, not all of which were simple ones. Namely Josh and Adja, though all the staff have been fantastic. If someone doesn't know the answer to a question, they take the time to ask someone who is more knowledgeable in the area, and I appreciate that. I prefer this location over others because of it being less busy on most days.”
“Major praise for Kali Marsh, who was a tremendous help in not only getting me a new debit card after mine was flagged for potential fraud, but also taking the time to educate me on the bank’s credit card services and the different benefit packages that I had no idea were available. She was knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely easy to talk to, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and natural.
