They unloaded everything exactly where we wanted it at our new house. They even set up all the bed frames! I highly recommend Tri City for your moving needs. “The container, pads, and delivery were clean and new. Items arrived in perfect condition. While customer service was polite, the communication and synchronization of local office with national office of delivery and pick-up times needs improvement. I received numerous communications with conflicting times for pickup of full and then, empty containers - this created stress and caused me to make several calls to ensure our container would not be picked up before we had a chance to empty it. The very short window of time to confirm pick up of empty container is only available via a phone call and thus is flawed if you are enroute on a plane and can't make a phone call like we were.”
“Jim Sykes was my driver for a delivery and he was the sweetest. He parked on a whole different lot because we have a tiny facility entrance and he brought our delivery over on a pallet from a good 150 yards away. He was such a kind man, serving with a smile. Thank you!”

The guys were very professional and even helped the guy that was there to set up my ramp unload some pieces( it was an elderly man) they were very detailed oriented and they both were even patient with my autistic daughter and her needs for low volume. 10/10 would use this company again.”
“We were in the middle of packing up when we realized we needed more boxes and paper. We ordered supplies online, and when we got to the pickup location we found that the staff is super helpful and friendly. We also saw some additional products (moving blankets) that we were able to purchase on the spot. When looking at moving products for consumers, we found that big box stores and truck rental companies only offer smaller quantities for much higher prices. New Haven offers all of the moving supplies a regular person might need in quantities that make sense for regular people and at prices that are a great value. We just retired from active duty military service and I will recommend New Haven Moving Equipment to all of my military friends who have to make a PCS or retirement move.”
