3105 Grant Line Rd, New AlbanyAccess Veterinary Care was an amazing experience for my new kitten, Atlas. The clinic was calm, clean, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring toward both pets and owners. Atlas immediately felt comfortable with the staff and environment, even during his shots and physical exam, which says a lot for a kitten. You can tell they truly love animals and care deeply about the work they do.
The pricing was also very reasonable for the level of care and attention we received. I never felt rushed, and the staff took the time to make sure Atlas was comfortable and well cared for throughout the visit. They even called afterward to check up on my baby, which really showed how much they care beyond just the appointment itself.
Highly recommend them for anyone looking for compassionate and affordable veterinary care.

She was very patient with my shy and grumpy rabbit, and dropped by my hotel twice a day to make sure she had everything she needed. I was extremely anxious about leaving my rabbit alone, but Raven sent me pictures of her when she could, and I felt so much more comfortable about leaving. Very thankful to have found her and will absolutely be using her again when I go out of town!

I just got home from her first vet visit and the vets words were she is “perfect“ Phoebe has been friendly with any people she’s come in contact with she loves other dogs and she has been really easy to train as she had a very good start with Jackie. We are so in love with this little bundle of fluff and would highly recommend a puppy from Jackie. This is a dream come true for us ?
