I just took my new 4 lb chihuahua puppy today and the process was seamless. I got her signed to for her wellness plan and am very happy with everything!! The staff is amazing, the manager India is so helpful and all of the other employees I encounter when I’m visiting with my dog or calling on the phone! I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital!!

From the beginning, Brittany listened to all of my concerns and came up with a comprehensive plan to help Nemo and me. A year and a half later, we have seen so much improvement in his behavior. I no longer have to worry about taking him absolutely everywhere with me and I’m gaining my freedom back. We couldn’t have gotten here without her wonderful help and appreciate that we can always reach out with questions or if there’s something we need help working through.
