The new hours aren’t practical, the store closes before it’s suppose to some days (this has happened to me twice), they’re out of products more frequent than not. Very annoyed with the switch.

Zenna was the one that did the grooming. She worked for a solid 2hrs making him look like a star. She never stopped or slowed down getting him ready.
I ma glade she took my dog. Because the girl I made co the appointment with did nothing but set in a chair and fool with stuff.
If I go back again I will make sure Zenna is there his grooming. Thank you.

He got so excited as soon as he realized he was going to see her that he could barely contain himself. And when he got older and started to struggle, she did everything she could to accommodate him, from using special shampoo from our vet, to rescheduling when he had surgery, to making him feel comfy. And now she and her wonderful staff are taking care of Bella. She is much more shy around people. But you wouldn't know it! Bella leaps inside as soon as the door opens, over the moon just seeing everybody. Amanda is a very talented groomer. Our dogs have always looked beautiful and smelled wonderful. We appreciate her and her team so much. Mostly, she has a knack for making dogs feel happy and loved. What else could anyone ask for!

The suggested I take her to Metropolitan for surgery, even though he was more then capable, they did not have the blood and she may have need a cardiologist on hand. I admire that in a vet! He gave me options and some were not good.He also explained the expense of going the surgery route. But they were option nonetheless. I chose to go to Metropolitan and do the surgery which is not cheap. Like I told everyone, I love my dog as much as a child or my husband and if it were my husband, I would not chose to put him to sleep but do anything to prolong his life! The same goes for my precious dog!

Tatiana came through surgery wonderful. They removed a soft ball size tumor on her spleen as well as the spleen. The doctor also tacked her stomach as a precaution against future bloat. We are hoping Tatiana will come home tomorrow!

At that time, his health declined suddenly. Cori and Dr. Bennett were able to make time for us with short notice which we so appreciated. Cori's communication was compassionate. She really understood what we were going through. Dr. Bennett came to our home and was so delicate and caring with Smokey. She helped him to pass peacefully at home, and allowed our final moments to be calm and full of love. We are so grateful to Heart's Ease for the care they showed to Smokey and us.

My 7-year-old Basset Hound, Lola, is very shy and timid and doesn’t normally adjust well to new people and places. I had planned to take her to another facility but was really concerned about how Lola would do. Last minute I reached out to Krystal and she was able to keep her. She met with Lola and I a couple of times a few days before the stay to see if Lola would warm up to her. Lola took to Krystal really well and her other dogs. Krystal was very responsive if I text her to check on Lola and she also text me periodically to let me know how Lola was doing. I highly recommend giving her a try for doggie day care or an overnight stay She was wonderful. I definitely will use her again.

If you board with him, he doesn’t just crate your dog and let them out, he actively works with them while you’re away, so they enjoy their time away from you just as much. The training and boarding is worth every penny, and honestly, he should charge more for what he provides.

These dogs were rehomed to me when they were a year and a half old and I thought I might have to take them back as I had so much trouble with them. I have been a long-time dog owner but haf never had dogs like these. The male dog looked like a barking marionette on the end of a string if anyone walked past us in the neighborhood. He actually nipped several people before I could get him under control. His sister was just the opposite. She was so shy she ran and hid at the slightest noise.
Jennifer and her team did a wonderful job training the dogs, and me. People in my neighborhood comment on how well behaved they are now. I highly recommend the Clever Canine training center.

The entire journey he has adapted to what Petra needed, and he continues to work with us as we watch her make steady incremental improvements. He probably teaches us more than he teaches her since we are usually the ones messing up! We loved this location and plan to be regulars as they rotate their NSA yogurt flavors. They had Vanilla and Cheesecake flavor when we visited for the first time.
I am managing my A1c but love sweet desserts. The environment is fun with all the art work and just the overall vibe. You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs.

I thought I'll give it a shot. The young lady at the register was very kind and gave me her recommendations. I wound up getting a Reuben and a side of sweet tomato bisque soup. It was packaged beautifully when it came out and I was easily able to carry it to my vehicle without it spilling. The first bite melted in my mouth and before I knew it half the sandwich was gone. Next I worked on the soup. It was blended nicely and had texture in it from chopped artichokes. It wasn't overly sweet and still had a bit of savory to it. Highly recommend this place and I will be back to try their other sandwiches.

While we waited to go inside the room with the kittens, my son saw other children leaving, and as they were leaving, they were gifted a box that looks similar to the box you get when you adopt a pet but smaller. It was a cute toy with prizes inside, we watched them open it as a women recorded them. We went in the room. We played with the kittens and as we were leaving, I asked for the gift box We saw the other children get although we did not adopt a kitten and neither did the other family. The girl at the counter told me that the woman was an influencer and was recording the whole thing to post online so they gave her children a gift box. She said they could not give my child one because we were not influencers? He was upset because he just watched other children get a gift, although they did not adopt a cat but was told no because he wasn’t sharing it or an influencer on social media! I felt like that was very crappy of them. Now someone is out there advertising you get these cute gift boxes there but in reality if your not an influencer you do not. They care well for their kittens though from what I can see. At the end of the day, we probably will not be back all over them, not being considerate for other children’s feelings. If they were not gonna hand out the boxes, they shouldn’t have gifted an influencer a box in front of children.

(THEY WERE NOT RUDE) just didn't feel like I was being given much of a service. I mentioned I had never been there before and I didn't know what was good and they kinda just stared at me. Again, not rude, I think just young and doesn't know customer service very well. Meant only to be as a room for improvement, not to hurt this business. I will try again for sure!!!

PG&J's Dog Park Bar
800 Baxter Ave, LouisvillePG&J is somewhere very near and dear to my heart. I don't live particularly close so I first learned about PG&J by volunteering with Kentucky Humane Society where I unknowingly interacted with the owner (such a wonderful person!). This dog park bar is truly one of a kind with such good vibes... I wish every town/city had something similar. They have so many social events/themed days and put out a month calendar in advance so you can plan your visits accordingly. They have such a welcoming atmosphere and truly everybody that works at PG&J is just a top tier human. Oh, and, the regular patrons are also equally welcoming and I always find myself in good conversation with complete strangers. This is a great place for a single dog mom/dog dad to connect with like minded people. 5 stars doesn't even do it justice. Thank you for so many awesome memories for me and my pup <3

Club K9 Dog Park Bar
9316 Taylorsville Road, LouisvilleClub K9 is genuinely one of Harvey’s and my favorite places in Louisville. At this point, it’s less “somewhere I take my dog” and more one of our regular spots.
One of my favorite things about it is that I can be as social or antisocial as I feel like being that day. I can show up and end up talking to people for hours, or bring my laptop during the workday, find a spot to sit, get some work done, and let Harvey live her best life. Both are completely normal here, and I LOVE that.
There’s plenty of room for the dogs to explore, the pool and splash areas are fantastic when it’s hot, and there’s always something going on. I also really appreciate that the staff actually pays attention to the dogs instead of just turning everyone loose and hoping for the best. Between the vaccination requirements and having staff around monitoring things, I feel comfortable letting Harvey wander, play, and make approximately 47 new best friends.
But honestly, it’s the atmosphere that keeps us coming back. It feels like a little community without requiring you to participate in the community every second you’re there. Harvey gets exercise, enrichment, and dog friends. I get to work, relax, have a drink, talk to actual humans, or happily mind my own business depending on the day. 😂
Harvey knows exactly where we are when we pull up, which probably says everything.
Easily one of our favorite spots in Louisville. 12/10. Harvey approved.

The layout is fantastic, with separate areas for small and large dogs as well as a separate area available for dogs who aren't feeling especially social, ensuring that all pups can play safely together. The ground is covered in a mix of grass, stones, and soft surfaces, which makes it comfortable for pets to run around. There are also plenty of benches for owners to relax and chat while keeping an eye on their dogs.
One of the highlights of Cochran Hill Dog Run is the friendly community. I met a diverse group of dog lovers. The atmosphere is welcoming and positive, making it a great place to spend an afternoon.
Additionally, the park is equipped with water stations, waste disposal bags, and trash cans, showing a commitment to cleanliness and convenience. There is even a spot to give them a bath when they get especially dirty. There’s plenty of shaded areas for those sunny days!
Overall, Cochran Hill Dog Run is a wonderful place for dogs and their owners alike. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to give their pets a fun and safe place to play. I look forward to returning soon.

Morton Avenue Dog Park
1548 Morton Ave, Louisvillemy mom and i have started bringing our 1 year old pup here and she LOVES it. lots of dogs to play with. playground is separated from dog play area. everyone so far has been so kind, both in the mornings and late afternoons. this is the only FREE dog park in the area, we've noticed its community based volunteers that maintain the park. since we've started to come more frequently we have donated toys and cleaned up and helped maintained the park so everyone can continue enjoying!
