“Every time I have interacted with the people who work here they have been incredible. Their service is outstanding in a way that genuinely had me shook. I had a problem with a pair of squeaky boots and was going insane before I called. They suggested a fix and said to come in if it continued. Well it continued so I went into the store. Problem fixed and only because of the amazing workers. If I need shoes or boots anytime in the future I will be going through them.”

“I had a wonderful experience with this establishment. I took in a pair of skates to be stretched, because my left foot has an additional bone sticking out. I was so happy that the owner was able to adjust my skates, as I have not skated in sixty years and it was my heart's desire to do so again. The owner even took the time to have me come back to readjust the skates, and said he would continue to do so. He charged very little for this service, and it was delightful talking with him. While he had also previously repaired the soles of favorite boots of mine, both times gave me excellent information about my feet, much more detailed than the four podiatrists I had visited in an effort to heal my foot.
