There were a few minor problems when we received our cabinets & she contacted Kraftmaid to order replacements which were received in a timely matter. “When I wanted to replace a toilet quickly because of impending arrival of guests, I turned to Julie McSweeney at Kohler to see if she could help me. Help me she did! Efficiently and expertly. She made sure my selection was appropriate to the space by asking necessary questions and then immediately confirmed that the item was in stock. Next, she followed through with suggesting a first rate plumber who would come when promised. Julie’s help was friendly and, most of all, knowledgeable and thorough. The job was done in what seemed to me to be record time and I don’t think this could have been accomplished without her involvement. I really appreciated all she did for me!”

“I absolutely love my cutco knives and this store. I'm definitely a perfectionist. My knives are always incredibly sharp because I have this store next to my home. I used to sharpen my own knives, but it's never as good. I have used countless knives (cheaper and more expensive) and nothing compares to my cutco. Cooking is so much more enjoyable when you don't have to struggle with mediocre knives.”

“If you are looking for one of a kind light fixtures,faucets,tubs etc this is the place for you. Alot of inventory to choose from. This was my initial visit and I was in the store for 20 min or more and no one offered to help me with the items I picked out so I left empty handed Oh well online shopping will get my business.”

“This store is huge and fabulous. Two levels of beautiful things for your home. Service very helpful. I purchased the Barrett sofa one month ago and opened a credit card to get credits towards merchandise. Love the sofa! I was hoping to find four suitable upholstered dining chairs but had no luck. There’s a broad selection, but I found the upholstered ones to be light of padding. I can feel the frame when I sit. I don’t think this will work well, particularly for larger people. Oh well. “Finally received an answer about weight limits on the furniture we wanted. Sofa 750lbs total. 250 per seat and 400 for chair. So we ordered. It did take a few months to get since we were ordering custom color and legs. The day of delivery was surprisingly flawless. Not what we've had in the past with any delivery. Delivery van was on time. Two men ( one guy and his teenage son ) brought the furniture in wrapped. They unwrapped it all put the legs on and placed them in the room where I wanted. They took away all the trash and left nothing behind. Took less then 30 min to set it up and they were gone. We had already moved our old furniture out to our garage as per instructions to have the space cleared. I gave away our old but still in decent shaped stuff on Buy Nothing. Had they gotten back with me quicker about the weight limits this would have been a 5 star review.”

“There are some legends of customer service who work here. Matt at the Pro desk is kind and informative. He provided us with the tools we needed, excellently answered the questions we had, and gave valuable insight to the creative side of our project while giving us space to find our preferences. Sekou is personable, fun, and accommodating. Tonya graciously helped slog through several of our tile sample returns. Lastly, I appreciated the staff who helped load our order. I believe it was Terrance and two other gentlemen. Again, I really appreciated the customer service I received.I wish Floor and Decor as a network did store to store inventory transfers because I needed a specific color grout and matching caulk that couldn't be ordered online to the Castleton store. I'm confused why I couldn't order the Navajo Brown grout and caulk to Castleton, but no one seemed to have an answer. I ended up calling the Greenwood store and had to pay for them to ship it to my house. I still appreciate my experience with Floor and Decor, and it would be nice to not pay for shipping or be able to order products to the Castleton store that are clearly available within the Floor and Decor network.”

“Okra is a shopping Experience. Great selection of items and a fun atmosphere. You can find bargains on many things here, but others not so much. I am disappointed in their dried for cheapness. The detolf cabinet is a great example. The changing of the “family” program is another.Clean and bright store. Like I said it’s an experience. You should try it at least once.”

“I went in today needing a certain type of candle for a birthday celebration, and I found exactly what I wanted in the store. The store was the only busy place in the mall and I can see why. They have anything you would need for kitchen and most of what you would need for a home, is all very pretty, and the service inside the store is quick and friendly. I also saw the perfect bakers rack that I want in my kitchen so I am sure that I will be back at least for that baker's rack. They also have pots, pans, silverware, towels, dishes, appliances, almost anything that you could want for cooking or baking. Or hosting for that matter.”

“I visited Sur La Table bread making classes on my birthday and I had such a good time learning the nuances of yeast, proofing and baking bread.We were a group of 4 and we had a good understanding of who would do what. That gave us enough time to learn, bake and then enjoy tasty bread with freshly churned garlic butter. Gosh that was delicious!Chef Alisa was so bright, enthusiastic and energetic. She ensured we washed our hands as soon as we got in, showed us all the vessels and gave us a good understanding of what to expect. She was professional and very thorough.I enjoyed my 2 hour class and went back with a generous portion of garlic rosemary focaccia bread and rustic artisan bread. Fun!”
