“With the caveat that I have only been using this purchase for about a week, so far it's everything I wanted. The case stays on quite tightly and definitely has room for a couple of credit cards and bills. The mount for the car has solved the where have I put my phone problem and I no longer have to look to see where it's fallen to. I get in the car, put it on the mount and off I go.

“Caleb was amazing. I had a terrible experience with Joshua, the manager of TCC in HTC for what would have been a simple issue to fix. Caleb was empathetic that I was escalated from this bad experience and had me taken care of and in and out in 5 minutes.
If you need help with TMobile go to this store and not the TCC store in HTC. It’s well worth the extra 10 minute drive!”
“Have always had great experience at this store. They never answer the phone, which sucks, but going in I get great service and always helpful. Have had cricket for 9 years except 1 month I switched to Xfinity for a “trial”. I work in home health and travel all over. Lost signal tons and switched right back!”
“Maurice is incredible. I came in with my mom who desperately needed a new phone but she was on the fence about spending the money. Maurice spent so much of his time working with us and he ended up finding such a good deal for her that not only did we leave the store with my moms new phone, but I also had to take him up on the deal and I was able to upgrade my already newer phone AND my tablet. He has an extraordinary personality and was really helpful. Definitely the best experience we’ve ever had with an employee at any Verizon store in the 15 years that my mom and I have been customers. “Best experience ever. Have unhappily been with another carrier for many years and have just never taken the time to explore Verizon, even though many family and friends have told me to. I should have listened! If you think you don’t like change I suggest you go talk to Clark at Verizon! So happy with my new cell phone service that I switched my home internet carrier to Verizon as well. Couldn’t be happier.”
