“Been coming here for years and always have a great time browsing the merchandise and seeing what is in stock. The recent semi-remodel/redesign makes it feel like nearly a whole new store.My only suggestion is sometimes the staff can be a little too loud among themselves in offering opinions on stuff you are either buying or trading in. It can be off-putting to hear someone's negative opinion about something you brought up to the counter. It doesn't happen a lot, but it happens more than it should.”
“Lots of interesting items and we got lots of goodies but be very careful about what you pick up. A lot of the food, personal items, and cleansers are all expired (coffee expired 11-2022 and it's 6-2023). And nearly all the nail polishes and serums were open and used. Otherwise, we did buy some fun stuff here.”

“Had a great experience upgrading from my 13 Mini to a 16 Pro here. The Salesman was professional and helpful in assisting me in transferring my data from my trade to the new phone. My trade was heavily scratched, and initially was deemed unqualified by the apple software to have trade in value. My salesman called in a manager to evaluate the phone and they agreed to give me the trade in value for it, which was unexpected and I was grateful for the extra effort. Overall had a great experience and I love the new phone!”
“I had been unhappily with a big-name VOIP provider for years but just was a little hesitant about making a change. I'm not sure what I was worried about now. The assistance I received to transfer my existing service was nearly effortless. The fact that I now have a team standing by to help me make any changes I need to my system is priceless. With the old provider, I used to wait sometimes hours to get help to make simple changes to my phone system only to find the changes they guided me to made things worse. Ugh!!! Now I just make a call and they take care of it for me. I no longer need to be a computer programmer to get my phone to do what I need it to do. If you are on the fence like I was, there is no reason to be. Give IEC a call and let them work their magic.”

“My husband and I visited this Bestbuy last night. We went in to look at the $350 Lenova Chromebook and a Lenova Yoga. We were helped by a gentleman named Todd. He was one of the most awesome people to work with. He spent time finding out our needs. By the way we did not need a laptop, we wanted something lighter for business usage. We had a perfectly fine laptop bought from bestbuy (Lenova Yoga) it was just heavy and not as kitchen table friendly for our customers. Todd showed us many different options, and listened to our needs. He also looked into open boxes at our request. In the end we went with an Asus Proart and a digital pen. It was more than we were going to spend but after Todd spent time looking up programs we use we were able to determine that a Chromebook was not for us. We really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all, but listened to our needs and wants. We would specifically ask for him if given the option. I had a question outside of the laptop and he questioned some other employees and they were great too. Thanks for having a great team.”

“I bought a sofa sectional this morning and the Costco staff could not have been more helpful when I discovered that the trailer I brought was far too small. They loaded and unloaded twice, then took the boxes into the back while I went to rent a truck. Then they loaded again—-all with smiles and helpful tips. So Costco—-well done on the hiring, but WHY no delivery option? Surely there must be lots of guys with trucks who could be contracted to do deliveries? But I love my Granger Costco.”

I work retail so I understand how some people can be, and everyone can be dealing with their own things, but T slows down to ask you about your day and how you are doing. Aside from that, today when I went in, there was a spill, she was the only person on staff and was cleaning a spill and helping guests with a positive attitude. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!”
