“Been coming here for years and always have a great time browsing the merchandise and seeing what is in stock. The recent semi-remodel/redesign makes it feel like nearly a whole new store.My only suggestion is sometimes the staff can be a little too loud among themselves in offering opinions on stuff you are either buying or trading in. It can be off-putting to hear someone's negative opinion about something you brought up to the counter. It doesn't happen a lot, but it happens more than it should.”

“Claire Cole locked herself out of her Ipad after changing the pin code too many times and forgot the last code she set on it. We took it to the Apple store in the University Park Mall for support to restore access after having to reset the memory and it was stuck in “Unavailable” mode.
Her AirPods Pro charging case also stopped charging after getting something that she swears doesn’t look like dried slime in the charging port. A quick cleaning scraped the debris out and restored its charging function.

“My husband and I visited this Bestbuy last night. We went in to look at the $350 Lenova Chromebook and a Lenova Yoga. We were helped by a gentleman named Todd. He was one of the most awesome people to work with. He spent time finding out our needs. By the way we did not need a laptop, we wanted something lighter for business usage. We had a perfectly fine laptop bought from bestbuy (Lenova Yoga) it was just heavy and not as kitchen table friendly for our customers. Todd showed us many different options, and listened to our needs. He also looked into open boxes at our request. In the end we went with an Asus Proart and a digital pen. It was more than we were going to spend but after Todd spent time looking up programs we use we were able to determine that a Chromebook was not for us. We really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all, but listened to our needs and wants. We would specifically ask for him if given the option. I had a question outside of the laptop and he questioned some other employees and they were great too. Thanks for having a great team.”

As an older customer, I sometimes have trouble with technology, but Anya is always so patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly.

“Lots of interesting items and we got lots of goodies but be very careful about what you pick up. A lot of the food, personal items, and cleansers are all expired (coffee expired 11-2022 and it's 6-2023). And nearly all the nail polishes and serums were open and used. Otherwise, we did buy some fun stuff here.”

“shoutout to Harry at the 7-Eleven. He’s always on that night shift, holding it down while the rest of the city’s asleep. Every time I stop by, the place is spotless, the coffee’s still hot, and somehow the donuts are always fresh like they just got put out. Cooler’s stocked, shelves are neat—dude really takes pride in the store. You can tell he works hard without ever saying a word. Always asks me how my Kids are doing! He really cares about others and hes always communicating with others which shows how well he cares about his work life!”

There were many customers and objects in the way but he made way for me. We arrived and reached our destination unharmed. I appreciate the work done at this store and this employee. “I had been unhappily with a big-name VOIP provider for years but just was a little hesitant about making a change. I'm not sure what I was worried about now. The assistance I received to transfer my existing service was nearly effortless. The fact that I now have a team standing by to help me make any changes I need to my system is priceless. With the old provider, I used to wait sometimes hours to get help to make simple changes to my phone system only to find the changes they guided me to made things worse. Ugh!!! Now I just make a call and they take care of it for me. I no longer need to be a computer programmer to get my phone to do what I need it to do.
