“All I can say is wow! Went all over town and out of town looking for a good place to get a Heloc on my home. Being a manufactured home my answer was no. No. No. I went to get an appraisal done and the guy told me to check out Natco. I did. Talked to Rhonda and told her what I had going on and what I wanted to do and 2-3 days later had an approval walked me through what all she needed. Got everything she ask for and boom from start to finish less than 2 weeks. I'm leaving my current bank and joined Natco! Terrific team! Check them out before you do something stupid and have some no name company jack up your interest rate and screw you around!”

They have been with me through 2 debit card scams and have been very helpful through these. “I have had Wayne Bank And Trust as my bank for a lot of years. They’ve always been very kind and good to me. I walked in there just last week and open three accounts for my grandbabies. They were very helpful I was in and out within a half hour.”

“Only reason I give this bank a 5 is simply because of the workers. Their Loan officers are absolutely horrible. When my wife and I tried getting a mortgage in 2019 they told us we didn't make enough combined for even a 50k loan. I got a 75k loan by myself from First Financial with amazing interest rate. I tried to consolidate some debt and even put my car as collateral (2016 civic) and all they wanted to give me was 4k. I went online and got 9.5k at 7% with nothing as collateral. This bank really doesn't offer any benefits. All that being said the people who you deal with on a day to day are wonderful. Abby deserves a million stars and she absolutely is the reason I'm giving them a 5. Anything else about this bank? No, go find somewhere else.”
