“Quality of foods is good. Haven't been to store since they remodeled it. My only complaint is the lighting in the store is so bright. Stores never consider when they remodeled or have improved lighting.That, there is people who are they're customers that have health issues .Like epilepsy that could trigger a seizure from just being in the store. There is a disability act in this country that stores should comply by. If you could tone down the lights I may continue to be a customer.”

“One of the better dollar stores to shop at. Very decent selection of quality items. Honestly I was surprised at how much brand name stuff there was. Understaffed tho, there's only 1 register and the self checkout machine is hit or miss whether it's working or not.”
“OzMart is in a very convenient location for the people of Richmond who do not have cars. With a very large selection of snacks and food. Also has 50 cent can pops! Cheapest tobacco prices in town. The owner is known around the community for his cook outs on Saturdays when the weather is nice to feed the homeless and hungry at OzMart. I recommend stopping by and checking it out. Very clean and well organized.”
“WELL out of all the other Dollar General stores in Richmond this is the ONLY one I shop at. The store is always very clean and u can ACTUALLY go down the aisles without a problem. They always have everything Im looking for.The staff always greets me as soon as I walk in the door and walking out I always get have a nice day! They are awesome! And the store Mgr. Is very friendly and will go out of his way to help u!!! Love this store and the staff ?”
“I like this store but the prices r higher then Walmarts and it's further out then Walmart is but I will say even though it may cost a bit more u do get better quality products and it's Alot more cleaner and organized then Walmart and the staff is more friendly and the pharmacy has a drive thru rather then having to go in and everyone says sumn bout well Walmart has a delivery service....so does Meijer Walmart has spark delivery but Meijer has shipt and it's the same thing so comparing wise I like em both but this one's just kinda far out to drive and is pricier but sometimes that's good for the quality of stuff”
“The DG on the south west side is cleaner, more organized and stocked better than the others with the exception of the NW 5th st. store. Most everything is off the floor and on the shelves out of harms way. The employees do a great job putting merchandise on the shelves, and not kept on the carts all around the store.”
“My favorite grocery store in town. The employees are usually helpful and friendly. I get through the lines fairly quickly and the store is really clean and organized. The produce and meat selections are always fresh! Love the sushi and bakery. Beautiful floral section. I enjoy the selection of products and the prices are affordable. Recently used the locker pick up and delivery options which I found extremely helpful as a busy mother. And as a bonus, I recently discovered that I was able to have my Kroger card linked to Help the Animals here in town to donate a percentage of what I spend to the shelter.”

“Cluttered and tight aisles, I stop here when I'm in Richmond because they have some things that my local dollar general does not have in Connersville.Smelled like strong skunky weed when I went in today, I'm guessing it was a customer.”
