“I am a forever grateful customer of 3 Rivers FCU. In 2014, my husband of 43 years suddenly died. Jeff (unfortunately, I don’t know his last name) was managing the Scott Road and Illinois Road branch. My husband had taken care of all things financial. Jeff worked with me to remove Will from our joint accounts. Patiently, Jeff guided through establishing auto payments. He advised me to use the branch’s fax machine when I had to send confidential documents to companies requesting my husband’s death certificate, will, etc. Jeff helped me transition from a struggling financial novice to my “excellent” credit rating today. I am a diehard fan of 3 Rivers FCU and its people, services, fraud alert team, and expertise.
