“Very nice family owned business. Don’t listen to that one star review, that guy is just jealous he never got welcomed like “What’s up, Boss?” Freakin love you guys! Single handedly keeping my freezer full of ice and my system loaded with caffeine. Prices aren’t even that bad for a convenience store either. Also very very clean, open just about any time you’d need them, they have random stuff, and they’re close to high-school. Wins all around.”
“I went there to meet up with a lady who had to re-home a small dog.I was surprised that there was a store that seemed to have a little bit of everything, gas, an a liquor store in separate places.It was like an Oasis in the middle of the countryside! ✌️??”
“01/09/23- Came to get E85 fuel. CJ was on duty wiping down counters when I walked in. CJ greeted me and made small conversation. When I was done I walked in for my change. CJ was sweeping. I was impressed that he had a great attitude for a late shift.
I live closer to Elmwood, but I don't mind the drive because they have a clean store and friendly staff. Tonight it was CJ who gets the shout out! I hope management gives him one too!”

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Yesenia and Terron at this Speedway location.
Upon entering the store with my daughter, we were promptly greeted by Yesenia, who was attending to her duties despite being busy.
The store's clean and well-maintained soda, coffee, and Slurpee machines were all in working order. The chips are stocked. The hot foods are stocked along with clean nacho cheese and chips.
I walked in with my daughter to get her a drink and a snack using my T-Mobile app.
When issues arose with processing my coupon due to my limited proficiency with the T-Mobile and Speedway app Yesenia attempted to troubleshoot the problem and subsequently involved her manager, Terron.
Terron provided Yesenia and myself with guidance.
When I didn’t have the right passcode, Terron further assisted me in resetting my password. Terron was not upset; he wasn’t in a bad mood or sounded put out. He was very helpful and patient.
Terron waited for me and Yesenia to complete my transaction, and it went through just like he said it would.
Throughout the transaction, both Yesenia and Terron demonstrated exemplary customer service, remaining composed and courteous.
Their dedication to resolving the issue was impressive, and I am grateful for their assistance.
My Speedway (Elmwood) is walking distance from me but it’s always dirty. The machines are usually out of order and the employees have sent me away for trying to use my coupons.
Thanks to the exceptional service provided by Yesenia and Terron, I intend to conduct all my future business at this Speedway.
Their professionalism exemplifies outstanding customer care, and I hope they receive appropriate recognition for their efforts.”

“The pharmacists and technicians at this Walgreens are thorough, caring, and helpful. They have worked well with my prescribers and my insurance company. This is the best pharmacy and drug store I have ever used! They even follow up and make sure I get my vaccines.”
“Went for Covid boosters. Confusion over online sign up which was annoying. We signed up for round 3 booster shot and when we arrived they had us in their system wanting round 1 vaccine. Took about 5-10 min to straighten it out so that we could proceed. Once that got cleared up it was a 5 min wait for the booster vaccine. That part went perfectly. So, a little hiccup at the beginning but overall good visit.”

“We recently transferred pharmacy we live in Crawfordsville and we moved out here. I can stay without a doubt the staff year at this pharmacy is so friendly and so kind even the pharmacist is always very attentive. I know the pharmacy workers are pretty ran down right now and that was a big reason we were so overwhelmed with anxiety. Thank you From Crawfordsville CVS. They were so bitter all the time but the pharmacy staff here at S. 18th St. they are all wonderful and I’m sure they are overworked too, but they never let it breakdown their spirit toward the patient for client.”
