“If you’re looking to get your car repaired I highly recommend Phil’s. We had a deer run out in front of us and had to get the front end fixed. Insurance listed Phil’s as place to get repairs done. Man I’m glad I chose this place. Between my insurance and Phil’s I didn’t have to do much of anything. It was a great experience and made an otherwise unpleasant situation(accident) easier and less stressful. Phil’s customer service is top notch and their communication is great. I’ve only experienced this type of customer service at one other company. If you know who sweetwater(a music company that sells musical instruments) is then you know that they have the best customer service of any company you might ever deal with and I would put Phil’s neck to neck with them. I can’t recommend this place enough.”

“This was my first time using M&M auto in Schererville. I will definitely go back there for service. I have an all wheel drive car and I thought I would need the all wheel drive alignment. I was told that they would check, as it turned out it only needed the front wheel alignment. I was impressed because a lot of these shops try to sell unneeded services.”

As a young woman I fear being taken advantage of at mechanic shops, but they were always attentive, kind, and honest.

I had a rumble noise on the highway and took in my car in to ask them to help me find out what was wrong. Within a few hours they got back to me and told me I had to change my tires, but not right away.
The team gave me estimates on several different tires, bolts, and labor and sent me home with my car without paying a dollar. I will definitely be coming back to get it fixed at this shop! Thank you so much!”

“Tom at Car Tunes is the most honest, trustworthy mechanic we know. I cannot say enough how highly I recommend him. I have an older van that I am trying to get to 200000 miles. Tom has done repairs from a tune up so we were able to get to Tennessee and back with no problems to replacing a bad windshield wiper motor and fixing a window that wouldn't move.As a woman. I appreciate not being talked down to. Tom knows I have some repair knowledge and speaks to me with respect.”

“I recently went in to have my Lux application done on my new Mercedes.Every time that I go to Napleton, they are SO helpful. I pulled up in front and was looking at my phone. I was aware that someone had pulled up next to me and gone inside. It was Pete Fonfara. He came back out and started backing out. Then, he pulled back in next to me and got my attention. Pete asked if I was there for service and I said yes. He said follow me! So I drove around to where he took me and pulled in.Pete took me in and handed me over to Brandon Lopez. I had an important appointment that I had to attend, so I needed to have a vehicle. To say that they are stretched on availability of loaner and courtesy cars is an understatement. However, Roger Buss, Tony Turco and Brandon Lopez totally went out of their way to ensure I had a way to get to my appointment.I just cannot say enough about how great this group is! “Dave did a great job. I had a major job with insurance and a rental car involved. He experienced a lot of delays with back ordering on parts and other items that delayed the completion, but he and the shop communicated with me and the insurance company. In the end, the work was great and he went above and beyond on a few extra details. There was a minor issue after I picked up my vehicle that he promptly fixed the next day. He is not finished until you are satisfied. Thank you!”
