“Wow! You walk in and are greeted by a friendly face and a ton of free samples. Nothing says I dare you to try this and not want to buy this like a good free sample! I am a non speaking half polish gal and this place made me feel right at home. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I can't wait to go back (we live 30 minutes away). After walking the aisles we went to the hot bar where I asked the lovely worker to recommend what was best. She suggested the meatballs and sausage and both were amazing. This sweetheart grandmotherly type then proceeded to give me and my husband numerous deli salad samples since it was our first time. Whomever she is.... Pay her double because she is a gem! She will upsell you on everything simply by letting you get a sample. This is the cleanest grocery store I have ever been inside of. Congrats to the owners/management/awesome staff. I'm going to tell everyone I know about this place and hope all of the south land of Chicago doesn't show up at the same time I do!”

“We ordered our wedding cake and cannolis from the bakery and it was fantastic! They delivered it to the hall and everything! The cake was delicious and the cannolis are always great! Everyone was so on top of their game I would for sure recommend it for anything and definitely a wedding! They even let you do a cake tasting for it which is always a nice touch!”

“One of my favorite grocery stores in Northwest Indiana is the Schererville location. Two of my favorite items are Stack's freshly popped cheese popcorn & their freshly squeezed (bottled) orange juice. Even though the orange juice isn't available or sold out most of my visits. Which can be disappointing. The staff (cashier's & .deli counter workers are friendly). Prices can be slightly higher than some other well known grocery stores.”

“Walmart is Walmart. The lines are always long. It's always crowded so if you don't like that then don't go. But I like the pricing, what I need for my 3 yr old is always there. So you deal with what you have to do get the pricing you do.”

“This is hands-down the bus European market that I’ve been to in this area. I have been to a lot, even in Schaumburg Illinois. The prices here are fantastic. They had so many different types of tea, and even supplements / herbal extracts! I actually found some bee propolis, and the price was fantastic. Was not expecting to find that there. Took my dad with and he found many different cookies that appealed to him. If you’re looking for a gift for somebody I highly recommend coming here. They did have a small selection of wine, frozen section, and lots of different pickled vegetables! Go check it out”
