Cons:
Self described as climate controlled, but after Cubesmart took over ownership, storage was superhot during summer, and cold in winter. Climate controlled must mean there's a roof overhead.
We'd drive by after hours and see the outside security access door stuck wide open on several occasions on both storage buildings, with no customers around. We'd stop and push them shut.
At times the moving dollies were nowhere to be found
Bathroom stunk.
Many of the overhead lights did not work, had no bulbs. Had to take out own flashlights.
Main gripe is that when Cubesmart took over ownership last year, my monthly storage rate increased from around $150 to $190. I would have moved my stuff immediately, but had too much to move again to another facility. It seems that when Cubesmart took over, quality went down, but prices went wayyyy up. Finally got moved out of there”

“We had our camper with Sandi Corporation storage for four years. Dan and Sandi, the owners and Logan, the manager, are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. The price is reasonable and we never worried about the security of our camper because all access to the facility is supervised. The facility is clean and well maintained. There is water and electrical service available which was a big help when prepping our camper for trips. This facility was a good value for the money.”
“My husband and I rented a unit within the 1st couple of days I noticed a smell.. I went to talk to Trevor about the situation and before I finished telling him the situation he had a solution. That made me happy he listened to us and took action to find a Resolution . And look so clean!”

I forgot my code to get in and all that deleted everything for my email but he was nice as heck give me my code to get back in I couldn't find my storage unit even though we explained very good where it was he came and showed me where it was show me how to work the doors just a nice guy I mean if I was me I would have been mad at myself, but he kept a smile on and still help me cuz I'm kind of slow you know I'm a boomer just very good person go to this job a real people person.”
“Got one story on price when I reserved the unit and a different story about price when I actually took possession of the unit. Other than that, everything went well. Moving in was easy and unit was clean.”

“I believe the gentlemen who waited on me was Devin. He went above & beyond in every way. After a solid week of moving, 4 days in extreme 100° heat, I was mentally & physically exhausted, severely stressed, and he did everything he could to accommodate us and make it easier to get to my climate-controlled storage (he gave me the closest unit possible) and he arranged for me to return my truck here instead of a location 40 minutes away. U-Haul is who you want to go with whether moving locally or one-way. Most other companies charge you a $500+ drop fee for not returning your truck or trailer to same location. U-Haul does not. For a 26' truck, 18 moving pads, and an appliance hand truck (dolly), I paid $342.80. I will ALWAYS use U-Haul for all of my DIY moves. Thanks U-Haul and thanks to Devin, Geneva, Shelby, and the others who assisted my family.”

“We purchased a new Super Air Nautique GS22 from Dry Dock Marina in the spring 2023 and had a great purchase experience. Initially we started passively looking for a larger boat to accommodate our growing family in the fall 2022. We are prior Nautique owners and know the quality, reliability, and capability of the brand for +24 yrs.Nate Sikora (Dry Dock salesman) was great to work with as we moved to purchase our boat. He was helpful in addressing our questions and needs and took a no pressure, honest, and candid approach while keeping in periodic communication of inventory, new models coming out, our needs, etc. over a ~5 month period. Nate / Dry Dock presented us with an opportunity to purchase a new, prior season nautique within our budget in January ‘23. We moved forward on this opportunity.After purchase, the Dry Dock team worked to seamlessly title the boat and ensured we had the boat to start lake season.Our positive Dry Dock experience was drastically different compared to our Fall visit to a central Indiana nautique dealer who never followed up or took our interest serious.We have had a couple minor items with our new boat to remedy (not Dry Dock issue) and Dry Dock has been great to work with resolving them via Correct Craft warranty.We would not hesitate to purchase from Dry Dock again and would encourage others looking to purchase a watercraft / boat to consider Dry Dock marina in their search.”
