“Slapfish lunch with Blackened Grouper and a salad. Sandwich was delicious and cooked perfectly. Salad was a delight with many fresh vegetables and a wonderful dressing.”

I was very impressed with the manager Kyle who was monitoring the self service registers, bagging and overseeing the service desk. “I wanted to take a moment to recognize an employee named Mark who was incredibly kind and helpful during our visit. He mentioned that he usually works in the back, likely handling stocking, but he took the time to come out and assist us anyway. He went above and beyond to help, was extremely patient, and had such a positive and friendly attitude the entire time. You could tell he truly cared about making sure we found what we needed and that we had a good experience. His willingness to help and overall kindness really stood out and made our visit so much better. Employees like Mark are what make people want to come back.”

“Almost always easy to get in and out and usually can get to the products easily, if they are super busy or have trucks their be polite people! They don't try to slow you down or have things in the way. If you can't move something on your own any of them will gladly come move it for you!”

“Like all of the pharmacies they are short people. But, they are friendly and they try hard to accomodate, and when pushed to my needs they've always come through.”
“Convenient location, good parking, almost always has the basic stuff I need, self checkout that is easy to use, a Starbucks inside, a few other convenient shops next door as well as banks and the only gas station in this area. Overall a solid local grocery store. My only complaint is that the entire area needs an update and I wish they would go back to 24 hours.”
“It is a convenient place to pick up that one thing you need but don't want to drive into town. There is also a surprisingly wide range of products you may not find at bigger venues. Overall, a favorite place to go when you need cream for your coffee.”
“This Whole Foods is amazing, the workers here are so nice and welcoming, also the food in the prepared foods is amazing, I would highly recommend shopping here. Also variety of choices on food as well. The preparation foods area still had a good amount of food left over at 7:30pm”

“A few years ago Kroger went through a period of time where staffing was tight (as it was across the economy) but things are much better now. Pharmacy easy to work with. Grocery pick up services are helpful and convenient.”

“I love shopping at Westfield Kroger, I find myself shopping here more often than other grocery chains because of the personalized service. I always go to self check, and I can count on there being a familiar face. My favorite cashier is Parool. I see how personable she is with everyone. I see her taking time to talk to the moms and make the kids feel noticed. She’s so helpful, and I see her as the beacon of friendliness and light. I don’t often see others taking so much pride in making the customers feel welcome in today’s world. If she’s not there, I always go and get in line on the other side so I can say hi to Ina, she recognizes a lot of customers and interacts with them with her amazing warm smile. Kroger thank you for employing, warm genuine souls.”

“I enjoy shopping at Kroger! The only thing I would change about my experience is that some of the older employees would understand that even if they aren't fans of younger generations, it's still their job to be kind as a cashier/attendant. I won't name any names, but I do hope to see a change in the future as I'd rather not have to go out of my way to shop somewhere else. Thanks!”

“I'm going to give it a five star I only have minor complaint. There are times when the pricing at register does not match what the sign says however when I am sick and in need of items the DG is always here and there's always something to get in case of emergency. Please don't expect the people at the DG to cater to your every requests though... they are understaffed and cannot always accommodate every persons needs ASAP. They all do their best to help and they work hard to make sure we have emergency items for ourselves and our pets in times of need. I had an interaction with a guy at the register today and we laughed even though I came in for cold medicine and wasn't feeling the best. There are some very good people who work there.”
