“We are so happy to do our banking with Crane on Ohio in Terre Haute. They are always so quick to catch anything that seems out of order. We had someone try to hack our account through Zelle. We noticed it, of course, on a Sunday when the branch is closed. Lucky for us, a gal that works in the fraud department goes to church with us. She reassured us that everything would be okay, and it absolutely was. This isn’t the first time Crane has taken care of us in a situation like this. We will never bank anywhere else. All of the tellers and staff are amazing! We just feel taken care of there.”

“Thank you to Brayton at the East side branch. We arrived 10 minutes before closing on Saturday morning and he had us out the door at 12:05. I brought my 92 yr old Mother who now lives in Greenwood to close out her last account at THSB. I hated walking in minutes before closing but didn’t want to have to return another day. Brayton was super helpful and had us on our way quickly. Thank you Brayton for assisting your last minute customer, it was appreciated as we had encountered construction traffic on 465 and it delayed our arrival, happy we made it before closing . I just wish that there were more ATM units available in areas outside of Terre Haute, such as needing one in Brazil, Indiana.”
“Inability to lock a debit card. But credit card can be locked through account online. To lock/unlock debit card you have to call customer service. THSB my old bank, debit card could be managed through app. If I had known in advance would not of switched banks.”
