I called the customer service 800 number and they have HORRIBLE customer service. They might as well replace these reps with AI as they are only there to collect a check, not to help people. You could tell the guy didn't want to help me

Horrible customer service. 3 workers present and they were just standing around not helping. All I wanted to do was return a modem and I had to wait over 30 minutes. Very poorly run store
