“Incredibly impressed with this branch’s management of long lines post-August 11, 2026, storm. We pulled into the location at night and found lines of cars spilling into both Calumet Ave and Vale Park Road. I estimated refueling could take about an hour. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find the manager of the store outside in the fueling area, along with a few other employees, and all were directing cars to specific pumps and helping drivers problem solve small issues. Their efforts made the process incredibly efficient, stress-free, and actively prevented fights from breaking out. Kudos to this specific FE location! We will be back!”
