Due to an internal account error, my order was delayed and my items were not delivered as scheduled. Once Cole became involved, he took ownership of the situation and worked tirelessly to find the problem and rectify the situation. He kept me informed, tracked down the root issue, coordinated the resolution, and went far beyond what I would normally expect from customer service today. What could have been a 0 or 1 star experience completely turned around my perception of the company.”

“In June of 2018, we purchased from Simply Amish a 2-door curio cabinet in quarter-sawn oak at a sale price of $2,839.00. It is beautiful and is equipped with down lights that illuminate our colletibles. We love it.
This March, 8 years later, the down lights failed.
Oh, Oh, was my first reaction.
I called Simply Amish to see if they could help.
Indeed they could. Julie B. answered my call and quickly looked up the orginal sale record complete with model number and specifications for the light. She ordered a replacement light system that was still designed for our curio cabinet and arranged it to be sent to me.
It arrived within a couple of weeks, It was easy for me to install and it works again perfectly. The replacement cost for the light system was reasonable and expected.
What is important to us as customers.
When we called, a real person answered the call who was willing and able to help and who was knowledgeable of our problem and how to solve it. In addition, she followed up with confirming information and kept us imformed of progress.

“I thought my son ruined our newest Lovesac couch by stacking a highlighter pen into the cover - heavy in 4 spots. I known the e covers are washable and durable but this stain was insane. No way this was coming out. I waited a few months before even trying. (Made that base the ottoman and put a huge book over it to hide it.). Then I took the cover off - blotted with a little dish-soapy water, and could not believe the amount of neon yellow ink that came out onto the cloth and water. Let it dry. The next day we ran warm water over it to wet it and try another method and it came totally out with just the water. Let it dry in the sun and you can’t tell it ever happened. Amazing. I loved my LoveSac before - but this was beyond my expectations. (It is grey corded velvet so the yellow neon really showed before.). How could I do that on a fully upholstered regular couch? Love my LoveSac.”
“Very much so antiques. Heavy on vintage, so don’t expect to find too much newer age things here, but very very large variety of venders and item selection. I will say, the majority of stuff is very expensive, and I couldn’t really get much stuff because of the prices, but I guess if you live in Carmel it won’t be too much for you!”
