“I have to give it up to the NEW General Manager, TIM! My uncle rented a laptop from this store on 6/25/22, the first payment was due July 3. Due to being on disability, he only gets paid 1x a month. Since the 3rd is Tomorrow.. (on a Sunday), disability payments were given on Friday the 1rst. Which also caused the payment to AARONs also removed Friday the 1rst. My uncle decided to not lease the computer and returned the computer back to them on the 1rst. However, the $147.00 dollars was removed from my account on the same day he returned the computer. I was very upset because of this, I was worried because I read that Aarons DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. HOWEVER!!!! TIM KNEW MY CIRCUMSTANCES AND HOW THE PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE 3RD EVERY MONTH, UNLESS THE 3RD RUNS ON A WEEKEND. TIM DID NOT ARGUE THE RULES , HE DID NOT HOLD IT AGAINST ME THAT HE IN FACT INFORMED US THAT THE PAYMENT WOULD BE TAKING OUT ON THE 1RST DUE TO THE 3RD BEING SUNDAY . HE DID NOT REFUSE NOR HESITATE AT ALL AND HE REFUNDED THE $147.00 BACK TO MY ACCOUNT! HE WAS NOT RUDE AT ALL ! HE WAS VERY KIND AS WELL AS UNDERSTANDING TO MY SITUATION. HE MADE SURE THAT NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TOOK HIM TO GET IT FIGURED OUT TO BE ABLE TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT , HE WAS ON TOP OF IT! TIM WENT EVEN A STEP FURTHER AND HE CALLED MY PHONE AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE SUCCESSFULLY REFUNDED THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT! IT IS SO RARE IN TODAY'S SOCIETY, TO HAVE A PERSON GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER, EVEN DESPITE THE FACT HE DID IN FACT MENTION THE PAYMENT BEING REMOVED ON THE 1RST TO ME. “My family and I were looking to switch phone providers. After being with Sprint for years, merging with T-Mobile, we’ve been having lots of issues getting coverage out in the country. After doing some research and talking with friends and family, we decided to make the switch to Verizon. We showed up and were helped by Korey Givens. He was amazing! He did an excellent job at explaining every plan, how good the coverage is, the benefits of switching, and the features of each phone. The patience he has is really incredible too! After the 2 1/2 hour process of switching providers and getting new phones, he even made an effort to give us his card to text and call for any issues. No reason in the world to spend double and triple the price when a 15 month warranty is offered with extended warranties available as well. The store was busy, although I have seen it busier. Nonetheless the wait was minimal. I have always wished there was a retail Apple store closer. This is a large metro area with one store. I would love to have a downtown Indianapolis store or one on the N-S corridors between downtown and Greenwood.”

“I had a $3000 Pioneer receiver that when operated via phone to turn up the volume the unit proceeded to maximize volume to full blast. This in turn new my new klipsch speakers. Pioneer said they never heard of that issue which happens all the time (since replaced with a Denon unit no more issues). And denied me any help. Figures I'd ask Klipsch and they went above and beyond, upgraded my speakers as the were no longer available and followed up with me 2 times after the fact to make sure everything sounded good and was working correctly.”
