“Kevin was so helpful!!! I had issues setting up my son’s Apple Watch with a standalone Verizon number. I was on the phone for hours with Verizon tech support and no one could help. We came to the Verizon store and Kevin took a try at fixing it. Even though we came right before the store closed. He solved the problem within ten minutes and double checked that everything worked! “So I’ve called the number that’s on here and it says that it’s only a hotline number and that they cannot connect me to the local store but I think that that’s a bunch of crap because the world that we live in now so I think it will spam I’m picking up. Updating phones can honestly be such a headache, let alone switching phone numbers- but this team took the time to answer all my questions, walk me through everything clearly, and made sure everything transferred and worked properly before I left. Their customer service was top tier and you can tell they truly care about helping people rather than rushing them out the door.

“We had the pleasure of being involved in a weekend long game convention hosted at Gamer's Loot this past weekend and had an absolute blast! Yes, the store allowed our gaming community to invade and play games at their tables while we raised money for a local charity. The store itself has a lot of gaming space, and product only covering about half the store (I think, if I'm off on the actual square footage, my apologies). So there is space to gather with friends, and play games, and this is the intention of the owner, Matt. Oh, and he let (and helped) us rearrange the tables several times to fit our needs. I've had many good conversations with him about the store, gaming in general, and specific products. When I was looking for something and he didn't have it in stock, he usually let me know within a minute or two how fast he can get in, or if I'd be better off getting it online. Yeah, he really tries making players happy instead of just raking in every last penny he can. I've always enjoyed gaming and shopping here and look forward to being back again often. I'd like to see more variety in the snacks selection, but that's not nearly as important to me as having space to play, and the Pathfinder products I'm looking for. Game on!”
“The gyros sandwiches are great, but the dinners where not so impressive. You get pieces of pita, salad, shaved chicken, potatos and Green beans. I would love to of seen a dinner with grilled chicken gyro with a salad. The olives and feta were really great! The staff was friendly.”

“Target is one of my favorite places to shop because it’s consistently clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Whether I’m stopping in for groceries, household essentials, electronics, or everyday items, I can usually find everything I need in one trip.
The store always feels bright and welcoming, and the aisles are well stocked and neatly organized. It’s easy to locate products, and I rarely have trouble finding what I’m looking for. I also appreciate the wide variety of brands and price points, which makes it easy to shop within any budget.
The employees have always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Checkout is typically quick and efficient, even during busier times, which makes the overall shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
Another thing I like is how clean and well maintained the stores are. The shopping carts, floors, shelves, and checkout areas are all kept in great condition, creating a comfortable environment to shop.
Overall, Target continues to provide a reliable and enjoyable shopping experience. Great selection, fair prices, helpful staff, and a clean, organized store keep me coming back. I would definitely recommend shopping here.”

They designed, installed and tested our entire audio, video and wi-fi services and made sure all was perfect. For some reason the phone couldn’t be left in the locker but the employees were super attentive and found it for me. I’m really terrible at technology (and seem to have bad luck with phones) but Logan spent over an hour helping me get everything transferred and activated. We ran into a lot of stumbling blocks but Logan was very patient and funny. He called the help line for me and made sure everything worked seamlessly. What could have been a maddening experience was made easy thanks to his friendliness and help. Really stellar service.”

I highly encourage you directly ask for their assistance, as other team members avoided me and did not give me the time of day. Specifically avoid Matthew, (middle age balding) as he is very rude, and didn't offer to help transfer my data when I came to swap MacBooks. Dropped the computer at the counter, and when I was the only person in line he walked away. He should not be in a customer facing position, absolutely piss poor service from Matthew. “I really enjoy shopping at BJs. I also have memberships to other similar stores and what I really like is:
Shorter lines, no free samples crowding the aisles, less people, good quality foods and options, cheaper gas, and conveniently located by me.
What I don’t really like:
Rarely cashiers, so it’s usually self check-out, no samples so I can’t try bulk items before buying them, not many gluten free snack options, and produce isn’t great”

“I had a $3000 Pioneer receiver that when operated via phone to turn up the volume the unit proceeded to maximize volume to full blast. This in turn new my new klipsch speakers. Pioneer said they never heard of that issue which happens all the time (since replaced with a Denon unit no more issues). And denied me any help. Figures I'd ask Klipsch and they went above and beyond, upgraded my speakers as the were no longer available and followed up with me 2 times after the fact to make sure everything sounded good and was working correctly.”
“Have always had great experience at this store. They never answer the phone, which sucks, but going in I get great service and always helpful. Have had cricket for 9 years except 1 month I switched to Xfinity for a “trial”. I work in home health and travel all over. Lost signal tons and switched right back!”
