“I've purchased my 65" and 50" with swivel mounts and 2 blue tooth surround sounds personally. I bought a 50" and swivel mount as a gift for my grandmother. when my Dad found out how great the prices were he immediately had me run with him for an Identical 50" and swivel mount I installed in there bedroom. great prices on awesome products. No reason in the world to spend double and triple the price when a 15 month warranty is offered with extended warranties available as well. Love the place would recommend them to anyone and advise people to do the same.”

“AV Designers are awesome to work with. They are very clean and take the thought process out of it for you. They designed, installed and tested our entire audio, video and wi-fi services and made sure all was perfect. We have always had great interactions with any techs that come out and love that they answer any day of the week and talk to you in person when they get back to you promptly no matter the time of day. “Love my Target! I spend way too much money here. They make it easy with drive-up pick-up. Also love their digital coupons through the app. My only complaint is that even though it's a super Target, the grocery section can still be somewhat limited (no plain ramen noodles, really??). Also, you can't get alcohol through pick-up, but I could do that at the Target locations in Michigan if I showed my ID. Guessing it's a state law thing, but it's still annoying!”

“I have bought several computers, TV’s and miscellaneous items here. Recently I bought some Air Pods and a couple iPads here. Walking is a problem for me anymore and I have been able to come in and sit. I’ve showed them what I want on my phone and the kind young people that work there have shopped the store for me. I never had to leave the register and there was seating “ a wheelchair” right by the registers. I’m pretty much limited to shopping only where handicap carts are available. So THANK YOU Best Buy for making shopping still possible at my favorite electronics store. I’m skeptical about having high priced items mailed to me. So if they had not done this, I would not have made this purchase.”

“I have to give it up to the NEW General Manager, TIM! My uncle rented a laptop from this store on 6/25/22, the first payment was due July 3. Due to being on disability, he only gets paid 1x a month. Since the 3rd is Tomorrow.. (on a Sunday), disability payments were given on Friday the 1rst. Which also caused the payment to AARONs also removed Friday the 1rst. My uncle decided to not lease the computer and returned the computer back to them on the 1rst. However, the $147.00 dollars was removed from my account on the same day he returned the computer. I was very upset because of this, I was worried because I read that Aarons DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. HOWEVER!!!! TIM KNEW MY CIRCUMSTANCES AND HOW THE PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE 3RD EVERY MONTH, UNLESS THE 3RD RUNS ON A WEEKEND. TIM DID NOT ARGUE THE RULES , HE DID NOT HOLD IT AGAINST ME THAT HE IN FACT INFORMED US THAT THE PAYMENT WOULD BE TAKING OUT ON THE 1RST DUE TO THE 3RD BEING SUNDAY . HE DID NOT REFUSE NOR HESITATE AT ALL AND HE REFUNDED THE $147.00 BACK TO MY ACCOUNT! HE WAS NOT RUDE AT ALL ! HE WAS VERY KIND AS WELL AS UNDERSTANDING TO MY SITUATION. HE MADE SURE THAT NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TOOK HIM TO GET IT FIGURED OUT TO BE ABLE TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT , HE WAS ON TOP OF IT! TIM WENT EVEN A STEP FURTHER AND HE CALLED MY PHONE AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE SUCCESSFULLY REFUNDED THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT! IT IS SO RARE IN TODAY'S SOCIETY, TO HAVE A PERSON GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER, EVEN DESPITE THE FACT HE DID IN FACT MENTION THE PAYMENT BEING REMOVED ON THE 1RST TO ME. THANK YOU TIM FOR YOUR HELP AS WELL AS YOUR KIDNESS!”

“Target is why I survived two pandemic pregnancies. The drive-up service is so helpful. Days I could barely stand to smell anything... drive-up. Days I didn't have the energy to take my toddler old shopping... drive-up. Now the days I have both kids alll day (so every single day)... drive-up. Seriously I cannot live without this service. It is an efficient process too. I have a few complaints, however. First complaint is that at least one item I need is not in stock at this location and often a good substitute isn't available. Second is that there are times items are forgotten but lately that has not happened. It would usually be the bigger items like cat litter. The inside of the store is always decently clean and doesn't look like a wreck. All the employees I have encountered have been pleasant and helpful.”

“This is the better GameStop in the Noblesville area! I used to shop at the Hamilton Town Center location as it is closer to my house but after several bad experiences with staff there I have moved to this one. Staff in my experience have been friendly and approachable about questions. Have also been kind to my son when he has been in the store with me.”

“I just want to compliment Jazmin and Liz on their outstanding customer service. I stopped by the N Michigan Rd location to purchase a phone and new plan for my son's birthday. Of course, I waited till the last minute to stop in and let them know I was kind of in a hurry. They were quick to help me and find the best phone and plan to fit my needs. “I alternate between this Target and the Carmel West location on Michigan Road. The Michigan West location still strikes me as larger and more up-to-date, especially with the home decor section. That said, I still think this Target location is solid. I recently did an curbside pickup order and realized later while I was still out running errands that I was missing a few items. I went back to Target and they were able to locate the missing bag. If not, they were willing to go grab the items from the shelves and bring them to me at the front.”

“My mom went in to get a warranty claim for a tv she had purchased. The associate at geek squad was unable to help and gave little effort to figure out how to help. Finally Simon intervened and was a HUGE help.Simon had a great attitude, was understanding of our situation, and went out of his way to make sure are other concerns and questions we’re thoroughly addressed. He is the definition of an all star team member. Any business’s staff can learn a lot from how he handles customer service. 10 stars for Simon”
