“I'm a Hoosier, born and raised. I don't speak much Spanish, but I have a love for Hispanic food, snacks, and drinks. This is a wonderful little shop in the heart of Westfield, in the staff is always super polite to me. I don't feel out of place in the store.”
“Convenient location, good parking, almost always has the basic stuff I need, self checkout that is easy to use, a Starbucks inside, a few other convenient shops next door as well as banks and the only gas station in this area. Overall a solid local grocery store. My only complaint is that the entire area needs an update and I wish they would go back to 24 hours.”

“I love shopping at Westfield Kroger, I find myself shopping here more often than other grocery chains because of the personalized service. I always go to self check, and I can count on there being a familiar face. My favorite cashier is Parool. I see how personable she is with everyone. I see her taking time to talk to the moms and make the kids feel noticed. She’s so helpful, and I see her as the beacon of friendliness and light. I don’t often see others taking so much pride in making the customers feel welcome in today’s world. If she’s not there, I always go and get in line on the other side so I can say hi to Ina, she recognizes a lot of customers and interacts with them with her amazing warm smile. Kroger thank you for employing, warm genuine souls.”
“I enjoy shopping at Kroger! The only thing I would change about my experience is that some of the older employees would understand that even if they aren't fans of younger generations, it's still their job to be kind as a cashier/attendant. I won't name any names, but I do hope to see a change in the future as I'd rather not have to go out of my way to shop somewhere else. Thanks!”

“A few years ago Kroger went through a period of time where staffing was tight (as it was across the economy) but things are much better now. Pharmacy easy to work with. Grocery pick up services are helpful and convenient.”
