I was in the middle of a long-distance delivery with my trailer for two cars when my axle broke. I had to pull over right in front of the store, stressed and in a tough spot. Ryan stepped up immediately. He didn’t just help me find the exact heavy-duty bolt, washer, and nut I needed, but he actually brought out tools and helped me tighten the axle himself so I could get back on the road safely.
When I tried to pay for the parts, he wouldn't take a dime. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine kindness and professional support these days. If you’re in the area and need anything, go here. These are good people who truly care.

“Super helpful staff, even for amateur DIY people. They talked me through a lot of things and helped me come up with the best solution. Their prices are just a tad higher than a big box hardware store, but they carry absolutely anything you would need vs the limited selection at the hardware store. The staff that knows what they're talking about makes it worth a couple extra bucks here and there. You won't find that other places.”

“Best dog wash room around. A whole room to ourselves with a deep basin bin, awesome water hose, included shampoo, and a professional grooming table. Other than the fact that my husky let everyone in a 5 MILE RADIUS know he didn't bath time, it was well worth the money. In other aspects of Tractor supply love all the options and products and prices!”

“If you are looking for true customer service & support, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!I was looking for a particular fitting for a project, I went to every big box store in Greenwood, I received absolutely no help in locating the part. I was directed to Plumbers Supply by a manager of a small hardware store in Greenwood. John Barmore, ordered the part for me, called me when it arrived, then he went out of his way to help me with all the fittings I needed for my project. He took his time, explained the fitting & told how to adjust the parts & where to go to find 1 part he didn't have. Customer service is alive & well at Plumber's Supply in Franklin. John you are awesome!!”

“In today's world of contractors & wondering if you can actually trust someone to make sure the job is done right its extremely tough. It's almost impossible to know if you are making the right decision. Unfortunately I say this from having multiple bad contractors in a row on a building project that was one of the hardest things my family went through. Tim & his team are the absolute very best to follow your project to completion & they will stick with you until it is done right! I can't say enough great things about this company! Many of the other options out there are extremely scary, I had 2-3 companies hired for this job & they never showed up. With the amazing detail & commitment Suburban Glass Service provided I'm so glad those other companies never showed up!!! Last I was extremely impressed with the quality & knowledge of Tim's team! I want to give a huge shout out to John who was amazing helping get my project right along with Tim from Start to finish!
