Had to leave a review and let the interwebers know about the crew at L.A. cycles! If u have a bike or are interested in 1, this is the place to go! These guys know their stuff.. New & old. Stock or custom. L.A. cycles have the skills, the tools, and an abundance of knowledge and experience in anything to do with motorcycles from conception to present day! I am Kinda new in town and just heard about L.A from a friend i called about helping me find some 50 year old parts. I took his suggestion and checked it out. They made me feel welcome, heard, and seen. I got everything I was looking for and more. The technicians, the sales team, and the owner, they all did the most to help me locate and secure hard to find parts and help me to understand some things I had questions about. 100% recommend for service, motorcycle sales, parts, and apparel if by some off chance they don't have it there in stock, they will be able to handle it, and you'll have it promptly. They had my parts the next day.

“They did an excellent job on fixing my vehicle. They have a five-star rating with like 235 reviews and that is a big accomplishment. So I picked up my vehicle yesterday and I was very pleased. The first three pics show the damage and of course in the last one obviously after repairs and you can't even tell it was damaged.(EDIT) I had to take it back 2 more times. But only needed rental for like 6 hours and I went yesterday and they got it all lined up the way I wanted.”

“I needed a part taken off of our 20 year old truck, and I could not get it off. It was broke and I bought the replacement part. I took it to one place and they wanted to charge me $125.00. I said okay and made the appt, but they could not do it until next week.
Then I stopped by another place to see if they could do it. The guy said that they were too busy and they could not spare anyone to take it off for me.
I then went to Caliber Collision. I spoke with a guy and he was so nice. I showed him what I needed taken off. He said that he could do it for me and if I had the new part they could put it on. I asked him how much it would cost me and he said nothing!
I always like to get at least 3 quotes, and I'm glad I did! They ended up cutting the bolts off because it could not be taken off by hand.
Thank you Caliber Collision for helping a girl out! You guys are awesome! I appreciate the great customer service and you removing the part for me right away.

My only complaint is they were booked out almost 3 weeks to get in. No big deal for me as I had a spare car, but might be an issue for others. If it weren't for the wait I'd give 5 stars.”

“The work I needed done was done well I think but I got my vehicle back with 3 dash lights lit that weren’t lit when I took it there and the cruise control won’t work now and it worked fine when I dropped it off. I took it back to have it looked at was told that wasn’t the end of the car they worked on so it wasn’t their problem to deal with and I need to take my vehicle to the dealer. So even though whatever the problem is occurred during the almost 3 weeks they had my car, they say it’s not their problem to fix.
Update- they finally decided to look at my car again. After an overnight stay and what sounded like a puzzling day for them, they realized what was wrong with my vehicle. Some plug/sensor didn’t get plugged back in fully during my repair. Once it was discovered, they fixed it no charge. Thank you to the crew for making it right.”

Set me up with a great new 2026 Yukon, swapping for my 2023, and he arranged a meet in the middle vehicle swap so we didn't have to drive 14 hours round trip. Great working with Brad.

“I highly recommend Connan’s in Zionsville. Another motorist’s carelessness resulted in a damaged headlight and from facia of my beloved M2 Comp (an unsecured hitch pin came off another vehicle and struck mine).
Connan’s work was top notch resulted in a flawless repair. The paint matches the rest of the car perfectly and you can’t tell they removed/replaced parts, gaps are even and perfect.
Even more impressive than their remarkable work product was Connan’s customer service. They interfaced with my insurance removed all the hassle for me.
